Huge wait to unlock lashes and this Asian girl went and helped the abg who was after me and ignored me first and was condescending when I picked my eyelashes and was not helpful. The other workers seem nice but this was a bad experience

Worst customer service. Stood there trying to get the attention of staff for a good 10 minutes. Ended up just walking out, cause clearly they do not want my money

This store has a great and best customer service.
I was shopping with my toddler so customer service to get things done right and smoothly is pretty high on my list. Imogen was brilliant! Extremely helpful and gave me all the tips to get the products applied like a pro.

Young female staff more interested in talking to each other than helping customers.also have I uncovered a tax scam here as priceline shows up as the post office when you make a payment via a credit card?

Nice range of cosmetics, shampoos and conditioners, and really anything to do with the Beauty industry. Staff are helpful and reasonable prices

Decent selection of products however I feel the staff could do with a little more education. I called to find out if something is in stock and was told that Priceline does not carry this product. A week later I happen to be at the shop so I thought I’d pop in and have a look at the alternatives and the shelves were full of the product I was told Priceline doesn’t stock

I have shopped from this store in the last 5years, I go in yesterday to buy a finishing spray, the girl at the counter compliments my daughter hair, in the meantime I pay for the finishing spray, I get distracted by another staff showing me product for my daughter which I also pay for but forget to pick up my finishing spray. I go back asking for my spray and also ask them to review their camera to make sure, the manager refuses to their face, and tells the girl at the counter to tell me she notices no difference in her stock and for that reason I must not have left my product there.there is something called services, pretty disappointing.

Stephanie and her makeup expertise assisted me endlessly selecting makeup to suit me. Its nice to see young staff knowing how to provide excellent customer service.

The selves were bare! I went in there to find tweezers was directed by a staff member to the far end where there wasn't any stock! I asked why she said they had supplier issues. There were empty selves all over the please I actually thought they were closing down

Wife loves it, wide range of well priced cosmetics and bits and pieces that the female of the species requires. Smells nice.

Considering the actual size of this shopping centre I am a little surprised on how small this Priceline was staff were unhelpful and distracted, even though I am clearly have a disability no attempt to help me what so ever. Very poor customer service and experience.
