Extremely rude girl at the Joondalup counter today! All I asked is if they had a product in stock and the response she gave me was completely un called for. I'm shocked because the service at priceline is usually pretty good.

Honestly, I think i'll just stick to the Whitfords store from now on.

Rude asian male? Customer-service staff needs training! Why is he even in customer service? He argued that Priceline Joondalup would not supply paper bag for my 3 items which amounted to $180. I told him that I had bought one item of $20 at Clarkson branch the day before & the polite staff placed it in a paper bag. He proceeded to continue arguing & did not know his "P's" and "Q's"!

Lovely service by all staff and the store has such a nice vibe. I went in last Friday and was assisted by a lovely girl Celia (I think her name was or Cecilia) who helped me with skincare. She had so much product knowledge and helped me to find a new skincare routine. She explained to me how good La Roche Posay was, and I can already notice a difference in my skin. Muchly appreciated and I will for sure continue to go back there for their kind service.

Shiloah did a fantastic job on my glam makeup. I received so many compliments on my eyes!
Shiloah is patient and dedicated to ensuring you walk out 100% happy. She will ask a million times over what do you think, would you like this or would you like that, and tells you exactly what she is doing at every step of the experience.
A phenomenal artist and for $60 - which is fully redeemed on products in-store you really can’t go wrong with Priceline's makeup service!

The most lovely and helpful staff, the Friday that just past I had a lovely man and lady help me with my Chritsmas gifts providing me with all the product information and their best suitability. Can not recommend those two enough if you ever need assistance.

Great range of products at competitive prices. Staff could 've been more visible and active in helpfulness. I will probably go back to Clarkson store for their better service.

It was OK. The service was Ok.
HOWEVER. I had trouble finding it. Some big signage would be great. Particularly on the approach after getting off the escalator.

They moved from down stairs to upstairs which is fine but the store is smaller and accessibility for people who are disabled this store is a nightmare. I went in Saturday just gone and it made me feel frustrated and useless because I could barely get into the front of the store. Range on some products are minimal.

I want to emphasise that this 1 star has nothing to do with the employees, they are lovely. Joondalup Priceline use to be my favourite Priceline but since it moved from the first floor to the second floor it is about 1/3 the size it use to be, has barely any brands and the layout is claustrophobic and just horrible. What prompted this move? ! This Priceline use to be so popular, now there are barely any customers in there.

Customer service was beyond disgusting. Was waiting a while because sales staff thought that it was their god given right to have personal conversations between each other rather than serve paying customers. When questioning staff about this behaviour was greeted with more cheek.

Just went shopping at priceline joondalup. Watched the lady serving greet the 3 customers before me in a lovely way. Smiling, have a nice day etc. When my mother and I reached the counter it was as if we had just murdered her first born. A foul look came over her face, no eye contact and a very rude demeanour. We walked out and left our purchases on the counter. I wish it was times like these I was a secret shopper! Will never go back in there, her behavior was disgusting!
