Priceline Forrestfield reviews
16I have been going to this Priceline Pharmacy for over 5 years and always had a pleasant and professional experience. They have always been understanding with my needs with medication, sleep apnea, vaccines and general health items. The staff has always been helpful and courteous both at the script dispensary and front counter. Thanks Forrestfield Priceline!
Prescription medications are much more expensive here than other places. Charged $19.36 for tablets that cost $7.50 elsewhere. They are even more expensive than Priceline in Margret river somehow.
They say they cant match prices of the warehouse type chemists. I can’t understand why they dont get decent buy prices when the Priceline group has 470 branches nationwide, whats the point of being part of a buying group? I would strongly urge anyone who takes regular medications to shop around. Customer service is good and they are local but doesn’t justify the prices.
USELESS!
They offer a health check you spend 10-15min then you can't get the results.
Alot of people love to whinge too much too easily nowadays.
Always had great service here and will happily keep going back.
Went to pick up a parcel at the Parcel point. Couldn't get it because there was no one there "who knew how to do it". Why offer a service if you cant provide it. Wanted parcel before I went on holiday but now I wont be able to collect it before I leave. Very disappointed.
Bad customer service and they sell expired product. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this pharmacy to any one.
What's with the price gouging in this store. I purchased some antihistamines which I purchased less than a month prior from the priceline in the city. The City priceline price for 'own brand' product was $14.95 this place in forrestfield. $39.95. I know this is a franchise but priceline need to get control of this. There is a clue in the Price part of the name. And the prices here are terrible. Stay away.
Had a really awful experience yesterday which resulted in a panic attack and honestly still makes me feel sick today. Was so excited to buy a pregnancy test, paid for it and left. Then two staff members come rushing at me in the mall when I'd already left "did you pay for your items? " Look in my bag which contains test and receipt. Thought maybe a sorry could be in order. I was so shocked and upset I returned to store to ask what on earth I did to have that happen to me. Panic attack and tears galore. I would NEVER steal. Most exciting thing tainted. Oh and thankfully I said YES when checkout asked if I wanted receipt! Thought I would keep it for a potential pregnancy keepsake box
How can you justify the prices you charge your customers. If I had of gone to chemist warehouse for the same drug not the generic drug I would have saved myself $29.22. You used to price match with chemist warehouse, why do you not do this any more as over the year i may be saving hundreds or even thousands of dollars per year. Your staff are wonderful people but if I am able to save this amount of money over the year you have lost me as a customer.
Possibly the most expensive chemist in WA. Do yourself a favour and research how much you should pay at places such as chemist warehouse before visiting this place. Eyedrops (own 'cheaper' brand) $18.99, chemist warehouse $7.99. They also charged me more than double for prescription medicine. Big shame given the older demographic that shops here. The owner should be ashamed of themselves.
Very rude lady At front counter short hair, blonde streaks, old.
Firstly taking too long to pack away personal items leaving them on display for the world to see.
I mentioned about the new screens facing the customers is embarrassing as it shows everyone your purchases.
Her response was"It is what it is in a very arrogant tone, never going back".
Friendly enough staff at times, however I've really only ever liked one staff there, I find the most of them unapproachable. The prices of non PBS medication is an outrage here, PRICELINE should be ashamed of themselves. I drive 18mins to get $84/month cheaper at chemist.
I visited the Forrestfield store yesterday and was disgusted to see they were repackaging disposable masks individually and selling them at a highly inflated cost.
I DO NOT recommend getting your flu vax here, go to your GP. I received my flu vax 2 days ago. The chemist who is supposedly qualified to give injections gave it a few inches lower than where it should be given. I have a bruise and redness which has created a hard lump at the injection site, the size of an egg. I do not usually get any kind of reaction to injections and can only draw conclusions to the person giving the injection who is not my usual person. The ease of booking though is why this review gets 2 stars
Went to purchase some facemasks after the mandatory lockdown here in WA. The masks they used to sell at approx. $30 for a pack of 50 had been opened up, and individually repackaged for $3.99 each. Not only is this price gouging (especially given the older demographic in Forrestfield who may not have the $$) but I'd have to question the appropriateness of handling a product and repackaging in uncontrolled /no sterile conditions and then reselling for a huge profit. The staff are generally great at this store however this is very poor form from whoever made this decision!
Hi, best service, super friendly staff, was waiting for the 2020 Flue shot, they rang me to advise their shipment had arrived, and to come down to get my shot, extremely well organised for social distancing etc. Thx
