Priceline Eaton

What a pleasure it was walking into this shop well set out and stocked with all the things I needed. The staff were very happy and smiled a lot even with the store being packed nothing seemed to bother them great service.

Eaton fair Priceline is always so beautifully presented, the staff are always welcoming and greet you with a big smile! I love shopping at this store, it is always neat and tidy and I can always ensure I will find what I need! Big thank you to the staff at this store for always being so helpful and never making me feel like I’m burdening them with questions!

I have been so disappointed in the customer service at this store in the past but the last two times I have been there the girls have been lovely. The service we received today (Saturday) from two of the girls was exceptional. They were polite, friendly and helpful. They also smiled.an added bonus from my previous visits. Keep it up.

Went into Priceline about a week ago, a young blonde lady had been on her phone while I was waiting to be served, then after noticing me she didn’t think to advise me on my 26$ of my products I almost didn’t use for that reason, leaving the store I couldn’t help but notice but feel ignored and unsatisfied with the stores people skills. I have been going to this Priceline in Eaton for a far while now and it’s very disappointing to notice these in the young women running the store. Very sad

Standing here with 8 other people outside the doors of the store, store wasn't opened until 11: 05 which sounds silly but for the passed 10 minutes the staff have stood there looking at us. Not great customer service at all. Also no energy or smiling while serving from the counter. Bit of a downer on your day if you're in a good mood.

Had a bad experience here once when they charged me twice for one product (I purchased alot that day) and I went back for a refund, they basically called me a liar and I told them to check security footage was told there is none at the counter. Anyhow manager said she couldn't be bothered after much abate, so I got the refund I rightfully deseved. Other than that I have found this store friendly with great customer service.

Small selection of products. The staff don't speak very much though. I've been in there and not one person has spoken to me or offered any assistance.
