Found staff to be very rude. Had $80 worth of makeup in my hand, went to try a brow liner in the tester section. Still in plastic, I removed the wrapping. Assumed they had forgotten to do so, since all the other brow colours had testers. Was never offered help, but had a staff member following me around in the background most of the visit/ watching what I was doing. Decided the liner was too dark, moved on to another brand. Had the staff member call me over, point to the liner and say ‘Did you open this? ’. I explained that I did, but it was in the tester slot, along with the other colours (which didn’t have ‘tester’ or anything similar written on them). She replied ‘people steal the testers all the time, but just because it’s in the slot doesn’t mean it is. You realise you have to buy it? ’. I was surprised, but didn’t disagree. I bought the $13 liner, but put my $80 foundation/ powder combo back. Will not be shopping here again.

I like the great collection of products they have they staff are always nice even when you can tell they are tired

They over charged us for parking. Supposed to be 3 hour free.we left right on 3 hours and got slugged $25. Won't be going there again!

Every time I've been in here without fail the staff have trash talked their customers loudly, sometimes immediately after they've walked out. Really unprofessional and gives the place a bad vibe. Although the selection is good, I would do everything possible to avoid interacting with the staff.
