Walked into the shop, browsed through the aisle, staff [4] chatting amongst themselves highly engrossed at personal chat, failed to register customers in the shop and acknowledgment, walking out again, incognito! A real pity.

Mandy is so super helpful and friendly! Pretty sure today was the second time she has helped me out with advice on products.

I saw a perfum on a shelf. Shelf label says $ 50.00. I asked the person on check out that I would like to buy it. I asked her again: is it $ 50.00 dollars isn’t? She looked to the shelf label and she said yes. On check out she said it was not $50.00 dollars and it was $149.00. She asked the manager’s help. This second person in charge said the product and shelf label were wrong and she could give me a discount. I said to her it was the shop’s fault and her obligation was charge me the price that was on a shelf.
I work in retail and the rule is, the customer can’t be penalised. If u are wrong, this is not the customer’s fault.

Love shopping at Priceline. There's always a promotion of some sort. Staff is most helpfull. Been a member for years.

If a bit burly bloke walks in asking for help don't point in a direction and roll your eyes. Terrible customer service

I am a frequent shopper at Priceline Innaloo, the staff are always friendly and helpful! Gemma and Bella have excellent customer service skills and always help me when choosing a product. Gemma and Bella have fantastic product knowledge. I can highly recommend Priceline Innaloo.

Rude staff, no smiles, dont help look for anything, oit 9f stock on everything. Bought over $100 of stuff so my hands were visably full, cashier waits till after ive paid to say bags cost extra when i asked for one. Wont go here again.

My honest experience. Staff were rude, it looks like everyone is angry to work there or they are not happy with something so they don’t care about customer. Most of them doesn’t looks like want to work there anymore. This morning 11am i was there I asked for a Product all I got answer back is we don’t have it and walked off.i was just surprised what kind of respond is that?

Just checked in, the customer service was the worst. Indian looking manager it seems she always busy talking with her friends and when asked questions and she said we don’t have it without any help. After buying other things, While paying and again there is rude girl behind the counter. Never will buy stuff from this Priceline rather buy stuff from chemist warehouse.

Called before I went on my lunch break regarding a stocked item, the lady on the phone said they have "new stock" when I arrived I asked her where the new stock was and she said she got confused with another brand of a similar item. I ended up buying other things I needed instead and headed over to the counter. The younger blonde girl working at the til was extremely rude with a lot of attitude. Scanned my item twice, when I had mentioned it she replied " I know and now I have removed it. " no apology. Regardless, I said "Okay, Thank you & Good bye" but no thank you or good bye in return. No manners, she defiantly needs to work somewhere with no customer service.
