Price Attack Ocean Keys

Not the friendliest of staff. When I mentioned about pink hair colour removal techniques I could do instead of using straight bleach (which is damaging) she basically was rude and abrupt about possible ideas. Not sure if the menopause was causing her to be sour however it has put me off walking back in the store. I drive straight to Hair House in lakeside Joondalup for all my future purchases and enquires as the staff there seem a lot friendlier and forthcoming.

You really dont have to talk to your customers so rudely. You are short, irritable and abrupt to your clients and I will never step foot in your store again.

Most horrible customer service, so rude and unhelpful highly do not recommend this place! I think her name is Crystal? I was served by.no wonder you don’t wear name bands I’d be embarrassed too if I was that rude! My friend started as an apprentice and stayed for a day because of how unsupportive the staff are towards each other! Horrible work environment DO NOT BE AN APPRENTICE HERE!

My hairdresser is always ready to share a laugh. On time and love being surrounded by products so I'm up to date with the latest hair care

Staff attitudes are disgusting. I walking and both are gossiping like teenage girls. No greeting and when I went to the front for some advice i got shut down. Lady with terribly dyed red hair need an attitude adjustment big time! Never would return or require to a friend. 0 stars if i could

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. Always receiving amazing customer service and walking out feeling great. I get keratin and a cut. They also stock an awesome range of products. Would 100% recommend.

I walked into the store looking for hair dye from a brand only price attack carries. As i stood at the shelves looking at the product a lady rudely yells fron the counter at me " i cant seell to you without id" not even coming up to me asking if i need help beforehand.i was the only one in the store at the time so walking over woulndt have disrupted her from helping anyone who she "can sell to". I probably wouldn't return if they werent the only ones to sell the product i need. I have been to price attack before amd was served by Ruby, she helped me find evrything i needed and was really friendly just go to her if you want help,

I don't usually leave reviews but I got my hair cut at price attack ocean keys about 2 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with my hair cut! The staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. The lady who did my hair knew exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job! I have had some pretty bad experiences with hair dressers and not doing my hair great but I am so glad I've finally found a hair dresser that can do the hair style I love.thank you guys (: will be coming back for sure

I love this place. The girls are very friendly and caring. They can help you with any hair problem. No matter who you get to cut your hair you walk out with a great cut. I used to be very nervous going to the hair dressers but not any more.

I walked into Price Attack this morning after a horrible experience from a different salon. Ruby was fantastic. She was patient listened carefully and assisted me with my queries. Great job, Well done Ruby please always be so helpful I feel businesses forget sometimes that the customers is also just human and want to be shown the respect and care.

Have found the ladies at Price Attack Ocean Keys to be an absolute delight and so accommodating. Never seem to lose their patience with you - even when they may want to ring your neck hahaha.

NO STARS. BUT TO LEAVE A REVIEW I HAD TO LEAVE ONE STAR. HAD MY HAIR CUT AND WAS LEFT VERY LOP SIDED AND UNEVEN. ONE SIDE IS VISIBLY LONGER THAN THE OTHER AND I'M NOT HAPPY

So I've never been to this particular Price Attack until today, I just needed to pop in for a certain hair dye brand that only Price Attack sells here in Perth. I walked in and had a look at their shelves but couldn't find anything I needed, that's when a not so lovely lady yelled at me from the other end of the store asking if I needed a hand. I said yes, and explained that I had previously looked on their online store at the product I needed but couldn't see it here anywhere. Before I even finished my sentence she interrupted me with "yea yea its on the website but clearly we don't stock it here" so I made a comment that it was strange because every other store has had that item, instead of trying to give me some advice she snapped at me and told me to go else where if I knew where it was, I was then completely ignored until I left. Honestly I don't know what her problem was today, but maybe she should work on her attitude in the workplace. All I needed was some hair dye, lady.

I had an amazing afternoon here! The owner and the girl Tahnee who was doing my hair were nothing short of amazing! They did an absolute fantastic job on my hair and certainly took care of every single client who walked in that door while my hair was getting coloured. The lady who posted that review below was made under completely false pretenses as I was there when this lady walked in while my hair was getting coloured. Sorry, but if they say they don't stock a certain brand they dont stock a certain brand? None of your business why, and there was no need to post a rubbish review as no one yelled at you when you walked in because they were with me.

Anyways! I walked in with with hair that was as dry as the desert, even though I have black hair. And I walked out feeling like a brand new person! It was incredible! From start to finish I felt the most COMFORTABLE I had ever felt! And boy will I keep coming back! Their prices are more than fair, and the amount of work that my hair needed, I'm surprised they managed to get it all in one day! Because my hair is so dark, to get it light requires multiple visits and I will be going back for another visit to get it to the colour I want it on XMAS Eve! And I am super excitee to see the Tahnee and Jayne again! Because they were incredible!

I never post reviews! But this one definitely needed to be posted after the experience I had! I was so nervous getting my hair cut and coloured but I trusted them and I got such an amazing style and colour! See you soon girls!
