DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! OVERCHARGED AND DIDN'T REFUND!

I went there to purchase a bottle of Adore temporary hair dye, which was listed online at $16.95, but we were charged $25.95! We went to refund the product a minute later after checking the price online, we were told we couldn't refund the product we had just purchased. This place is a complete scam and I will not buy from this store again.

I came in last minute stressed out just hours before an event as I had my hair done by another hairdresser the day before and it came out horribly. The ladies here managed to fit me in and fix my hair up as well as they could in the amount of time we had before my event. I was so shocked with how much better they were able to make it look. I believe it was Jess who did an amazing job fixing up the colour and Jade who did the most beautiful curls for me! Jess also told me exactly what I needed to do next to get it looking how I originally wanted it to. I am incredibly grateful and although I usually go to home hairdressers, I will be coming back here in future!

Hands down the best service and professionalism I have ever experienced in my 30 years of getting my hair done. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much for their clients.
The extra mile they go to meet individual needs and styles is beyond incredible.

Total rip off, charged me $50 for a trim that took her less than 10mins. Got home and looked in the mirror as she didn’t show me the back, most uneven trim I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t have thought a simple trim would be difficult?

This place was so unprofessional. They had no consistency at all. I had three different people do my wash, cut and blow dry. The first girl who washed my hair did a massage for about 20 seconds. The next lady who cut my hair asked me how much i wanted off and cut off double the length. Then when she was cutting face framing layers, she did not measure it to my face or ask where I wanted my layers to start, she just cut it and after it was blow dried i realised the layers were not even and had a 5cm difference. After the blow dry they didn’t even check my hair to see if everything looked okay. The lady just took off the apron and just walked to the counter for me to pay. Honestly the worst $120 i spent. Dont waste your time or money going there

Poor customer service. Discount not given and when I went shop the staff told me its online and shop discount its not same but I checked online and shop both are same.

I wanted an undercut - #2 and she didn’t get it all. I wanted the front framed and it layered down the full length. Nope she did two early 90’s type strands (I wasn’t wearing my glasses so couldn’t really tell). She then left, I thought to get scissors or a hairdryer or something. Next thing she’s pushing me out the door with soggy hair. Christmas, exhausted, stressed, people everywhere I had no idea what was going on. With in the time it took me to send a text she was walking past me with her bag over her shoulder rushing out the galleria. So now I have to magically find the time and an appointment somewhere before Christmas to fix my hair. YAY

Super helpful staff. I walked in told them what I wanted, they got it for me and even threw in some samples. Very happy. Thank you!

Massively expensive instore vs online. Even.with paying for postage, on average each item is $10 more expensive, no prices in front of the items I grabbed.

Honestly don't waste time. Just buy online

Inquired about Keratin. However, staff couldn't give me a simple, straight answer. Also, their product knowledge was incorrect.

Rude staff. No greetings. Ignored despite standing in front of a shelf of products for 10minutes and multiple staff walking past. Then went to the counter and the lady with curly hair didnt even acknowledge me for a solid 30seconds (was looking down) and was rude when I enquired about the price. Wont be back.

Went to buy a couple of xmas presents and was happily surprised to receive a fantastic free gift bag. Lady that served me was lovely.

Rude staff. Was told they don't sell the product I was after, even though I was there for a click and collect.

Went in with bad hair came out with worse. Cut is uneven, and not what I asked for, the hairdresser refused to cut it more after she asked if I liked the length and I asked for shorter. Horridly overpriced at $158 for about an inch off. I've had more done at many different places all for under 80.

Bad service. Girl that washed my hair had attitude and was rude.
Showed hairstyle to senior hairdresser- to which she then told me she did no know how to cut. Ironic. She was also rude, also had attitude. I understand price attack is a B- grade Hair salon, and that's probably the service you're going to get.
Would not recommend.

Been here twice. First cut was excellent.
Second time just yesterday another hairdresser cut my hair terribly.
It's uneven and around one of my ears she as taken too much hair with the electric trimmer leaving a noticeably shorter bit.
I guess it depends who you get on the day.
I won't be trying again.

The hairdresser here are so friendly! I used to have really bad anxiety when it came to hairdressers but every girl who has cut my hair here have been nothing but wonderful. They're always lovely to chat to and engaging, always happy to answer any questions I have and give me great advice. 10/10

My hairdresser Jess has completely saved my hair and has been able to achieve in two visits what other stylists were unable to do for two years. The yellow brassy tones in my hair are gone and my colour now lasts for nearly two months instead of going brassy again in a couple of weeks. Jess knows what she’s talking about and can deliver what she promises. Thankyou Jess!

Went once and the lady that served me was amazing and extremely helpful. However, the last two times I have gone back the service was unfriendly and rude.

Was very disappointed with the service. Not friendly which was very upsetting considering the cost. Will not be back
