Price Attack Karrinyup

Earlier this week I had my hair dyed at a different salon. Unfortunately it wasn't a good job at all and I was too nervous to go back to rectify it.

The girls at Price Attack Karrinyup were more than happy to give me options that I could try at home to fix it or if I wanted to, receive a consultation from the head colourist, Ailbhe. I was lucky enough to get the consult on the spot and she even had time to fix it right then and there. And she nailed it!

I decided I needed a new do yesterday and rang to see if I could get an appointment. They moved things around to accomodate me so I had the same stylist for the entire process from start to finish.
Ailbhe advised me on colour and foils and set to work. When the colour was complete she worked her magic with the scissors, giving me a fantastic inverted bob.
When everything was dried off and styled I fell in love with my new style.
Ailbhe is a great hairdresser, she gives great advice on colours and toners. Her cutting skills are great and she’s also really funny too.
I’ll defiantly be returning to this salon.

Price Attack Karrinyup is the best hair salon I have ever been, and it got better with its new Salon.
I give it a 10/10 rating.
The salon is bright and new with an enormous range of hair products to choose from.
As soon as I entered the store I was welcomed with a warm smile. While my hair was manicured and cut by a professional staff member. I was offered coffee, tea or cold water. I felt relaxed and pampered.treated like Royalty. Recommend Karrinyup Price Attack for a great Hair experience.

I took my daughter here to have a full head of foils and they did explain to me that they were unsure how the color would take as my daughter had previously used a boxed dye. Completely understood and they completed as they said. As we parted with $280, I would expect the foils would be even throughout. Unfortunately, when we came home and dried her hair, it seemed very obvious that there were 2 dark/almost black streaks at the front that had not been done properly. This is so obvious that even her dad noticed as did many of her friends comment. I have never written a bad review or complained but the response from the owner is - yes we can rectify but at a cost of $150 +! Thank you but no thank you. I work in industry where we pride ourselves in the customer service we provide. If ocassionally we are faced with a complaint, we rectify at our cost. I would never recommend this place but must say the staff were all very nice and followed up as promised.

Very nice staff. Similar price to some chain hair dressers, but they allow appointments and do a really good job. Was never one for regular appointments until I went here - now I lock in a cut every 4 wks

Husband went for a haircut, the sides weren’t tidied up & barely any scissoring done on top. He had to ask for the sides to be trimmed neat because it was left scruffy & not tidied up. For over $35, we expected more. 2 stars given for fitting in an appointment on partly short notice, but disappointed with the service, quality & price

Christine - Owner is wonderful and I have known her for many years.
Shop is always immaculate and Staff are lovely!
I book in every 5 to 6 weeks and look forward to a wash, head massage, trim and blow dry by Sarah. I love being pampered and can just relax knowing I will feel and look brand new when I leave the salon.

Went in to ask for a haircut. Was the only person in the store. Could see a staff member slumped in one of the hair washing seats in the back on his phone, eventually other staff member served me, said I would have to come back in around 30 minutes if I wanted a hair cut as “ no one was available”. It is Perth so I don’t expect much on the customer service front. I’d be embarrassed though if I owned that store and my staff thought that was an appropriate look, never mind proper customer service

Awesome service by Aileen today so friendly Aileen was happy to help and gave honest advice which was great they sell fudge hair paint professional colour tint there and their fudge hair chart is new and up to date with the colours in stock would go back to see her again so good went home happy:)

Jamie and Sarah are both great. I've already referred people here and everyone has said only good things. These people actually care about hair. Haven't lost their passion despite having done what they do for many years.

Finding someone that takes pride in the quality of their work is not easy. I have always found that this is all the more difficult when it comes to finding a quality Mens Hairdresser. Thankfully I have found Jamie and this review is long overdue! Jamie has been cutting my hair for about 1 year now, she is exceptionally
talented and is a consumate professional. I always leave with a haircut I am super happy about. I feel so lucky to have someone of Jamie's calibre to cut my hair. I should also say Thank you to the entire crew at Price Attack Karrinyup who are always very friendly and helpful.

A few weeks ago i came in for a haircut desiring a change after 15 years of having the same style cut, the manager showed supreme listening skills as i articulated what i was looking for, she then proceeded to share with passion some wonderful advice, suggesting a new hairstyle whilst giving me confidence in a new look.

She then executed my new look with due skill and care, giving me a wonderful cut and shave giving me a renewed sense of confidence in a modern style.
I would highly recommend Christine to anyone looking for a skillful confident and caring hairdresser.

Extremely Excessive Charges for a Terrible Colour & Style, Bad customer service, Staff were miserably and UN-professional. This has been the Worst Ever, attempt of having my hair styled. Management were uncooperative and rude. ->>>>Save your money. And find a real hair dressing salon, Crappy style and cut SHAME on you and SHAME! Management

I had my hair done today by Dan and all I can say is AMAZING. He truly understand hair in every way possible. I have been utterly impressed which each visit and he achieves the look I'm after time and time again. I would highly recommend him to anyone I meet. The prices are good too and allows me to keep using this salon. I wouldn't have my hair done anywhere else.
