Price Attack Cockburn Gateway Success

My favourite store for all my hair needs. Always receive exceptional service and they also have amazing hairdressers in the salon. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend.

I needed 6 items and they only had 1 in stock. I checked the website online the night before and when I went into the store, some items were up to 5 dollars more!

Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
The store itself has a good range of hair colours, as well as all the instruments needed to colour and care for your hair at home.

I have always been to prove attack to get my eyebrows done and whenever I go in whoever is helping me is always polite and chatty. I’ve been to get my hair done twice and each time the stylists have been patient and really kind. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a salon.

I got a wash and some curls put in today at the outlet at Cockburn Gateways. I called the shop yesterday to ask for a quote as I did not want to be overcharged for medium length hair. The guy whom I spoke to on the phone quoted me $60. It seemed reasonable.

I got my hair done by Kayla today, and she did a lovely job. I went to the till and was quoted $93.50 - I explained that I was quoted $60 on the phone. Her colleague came over and said that no we don't quote on the phone, the stylists will give you a quote on the day. If this is the case, then I shouldn't have been quoted a price on the phone. She made it seem like it was my fault when really, their staff shouldn't be giving out quotes on the phone. $93.50 for shoulder length hair is overpriced - there wasn't even a treatment thrown in for that price! I would've gone elsewhere for this price as at least I would've received a hair treatment and head massage.

I would like this matter looked into, as your staff should not be giving false quotes over the phone, and then told nope sorry that’s not what we do, on the day.

Great experience with Pam and Joshua! My son had perm curls and number two sides and back. Great stylists, friendly, fun, knew their craft well. Price was quoted before hand and very reasonable. My son loves his new hair style it looks great and we both left feeling very happy. Overall a great experience, we will be back!

Was able to walk in and Logan was fantastic! Really happy with the haircut and she was so helpful when talking about Haircare and suitable products. Would definitely recommend ️

Gone are the days of hood customer service. 5 employees behind the counter and not 1 could welcome me or offer assistance. When I mentioned this to the team the response I received was “I’m not going to say anything”

Come on guys, you’re in a service industry, simple smile would have gone a long way. If you don’t want to be engaging with clients then shut the doors

I went in this morning for a wolfcut, and the hairstylist Markayla was absolutely wonderful. I have never felt so happy with a cut, and I will definitely be back. If anyone is thinking about getting this specific cut, do it. No regrets. Thank you so so much.

I recently had a full head highlights done with Logan. She did an exceptional job and completely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend her! Full head highlights are in general expensive, but Price Attack was very reasonable.

Logan at PA Gateways has been doing my hair for years now, and she is an absolute superstar at her craft! Her friendliness, professionalism, personalised approach and genuine care about the client makes every salon visit a pleasure. It feels like you are catching up with a friend whilst also getting a world class service.

When you walk in every 6 weeks looking like a shaggy dog and come out looking like a glamazon, you know you have found somewhere pretty special.

I cannot recommend Lo highly enough - there is simply nowhere else I would go to get my hair done.

I'm done with this place. After my usual hairdresser left, I have had nothing but unpleasant moments every time I went there. Overpriced and poor service. Check your receipts and make sure you ask for a quote before hand. They charged me incorrectly, so I had to come back once I realized it and beg for a refund. Hairdressers whisper with each other in front of clients. You can tell they get stressed/angry when they see a client coming in or when the phone rings, so awkward. Didn't get an apology for been charged more than it should have been and the hairdresser who made the mistake wasn't interested in discuss about it and was rude. Felt really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, customer service is dead.

Had the best experience! I have naturally curly frizzy hair and the beautiful hairstylist was able to work her magic and give me exactly what I visioned. Shout out to the gorgeous blonde who did my now amazing curly bob. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to have a positive uplifting experience. 10/10 would get my hair done there again.

Went in for a trim. Asked her to NOT take too much off the top- double crown sticks up when short- she cut it too short anyway. Then lectured me about what side to wear my hair as I have a cowlick there too. Asked her to clean up really fluffy low hairline. Still fluffy and crooked.
When I say pixie, does that mean the daggiest haircut in the world? Will just keep on hacking my own hair. At least that way I can wear it however I like. My kids told me it looked like a bowlcut. $50 for that too.
