Amazing service! Accommodated my mother in law at the last minute by shuffling around other appointments. Roots retouch l, wash, blow wave and iron curl came to $290.

Walk in for hair re-style. Lady who greeted was professional. Advised 5 minute wait. Showed picture of hair cut to stylist. Received a hair cut that looks nothing like photo. Very disappointed by service. I place this here not to embarrass, but to educate. If you can’t cut hair like the photo we provide, please be honest and say you can’t. It may be money and business to you, but to ourselves it’s the face we show the world. Possibly need re-education on his type of hair. And please don’t respond with it just needs to be styled. His hair has less than 2 inches all around his head. That cannot be fixed with product and a blow dry. Would not advise anyone to walk in for Mans style haircut.

Terrible. If i could give a negative rating i would! Buyers beware. The store does not have clear pricing. The prices of the adore semi-permanent dyes are under the colour sample strands. They are NOT clearly displayed. You have to physically MOVE the test strands out of the way to see the price. I would recommend the karen of the store to revise the Australian Competition Consumer Commission (ACCC) website. I was unknowingly charged double the price in-store.my advise to customers, buy it online! Their prices are not the same in-store. I was ripped off and was refused a refund just minutes after the transaction was put through. Their main argument in contention to the refund was that if you were to buy it online you would have to pay for shipping, therefore they are charging double the price and “you get it now”. The website offers a range of shipping options including free shipping. Being ripped off is a violation of the ACCC. I have contacted Priceattack via their website and am currently waiting for a resolution. If not resolved i will escalate. AS A CONSUMER YOU HAVE RIGHTS. As for the two personalities working the front desk. Shame on you both for your passive aggressive nature towards your customers. The nice lady in front of me didn’t deserve your passive aggressiveness, Alana. You didnt need to aggressively ask for my items over her head as a way to rush her out of the way, she literally just paid less than ten seconds ago. I was browsing the items you have displayed at the counter, you didn’t need to aggressively ask me if i needed a bag as a way to get me to hurry up… there was no one behind me. Again, appalling customer service. Unfortunately i have time today.

Bought a couple of bottles of shampoo (Pure Hair Brand) and both were heavily watered down.

I went in to the store on a hope that they could provide a haircut for my two children (8 & 9). Luckily they were able to squeeze them and myself in for cuts. The entire experience was the nicest I have had for awhile from a hairdressing salon. The team were approachable, great listeners but really fun and made the experience really fabulous for my two children. They even offered me (mum) a cut and were lovely in looking after all of us. The teamwork and positive environment was evident, which comes from good management and ownership. The professional skills were also evident in the way the apprentices were being trained but also beautifully treated. I will definitely be coming back despite the longer drive, because of the positive, simple and welcoming experience by each team member. Big thank you!

Oh my God! I absolutely loved getting my hair done although it was only simple. I was only getting a fringe done but she did such a great job! I'm obsessed! The girls are also the sweetest! Highly recommend!

I came in on a whim for some reshaping and an all over colour to match extensions and I left having learnt so much from these ladies. Rather than diving head first into a colour that supposedly matched, they took the time to ask for second opinions to find the right blend of tones and make it as close as possible. Everything was done with so much care and precision to ensure I was happy with the progress. They were also so knowledgeable on curly hair techniques and aftercare, I couldn't be happier with how it came out. Huge thank you to Sienna and all the ladies!

I would give no stars if possible. My nephew went in on Saturday with a family member on the 5th of febrary to receive a haircut, unfortunately the hairdresser that cut his hair cut his ear, and when he said it hurt he was met with an attitude and being told it didn’t hurt. The hairdresser spoke very rudely to him who is only 4 years old, being yelled at to sit up straight. I believe the hair stylists name was kaitlin. If someone could give this lady training with how to deal with children. He is now scared to have a haircut. Very disappointed.

Do not ask for help with bleaching and toning! I went in looking for a toner to dull out the yellow in my hair, and after explaining my desired colour I was wanting, the lady then hands me a colour much darker and says it will go lighter on my hair and have an ash effect.
My hair is now a green brown…. Great knowledge pfft…

Been coming here for actual years now (*o*), and always have a great haircut! They have no problem getting it exactly how I like every time <3 Just had a keratin smoothing treatment done for the first time, and it's perfect in every way! Thanks heaps ladies.

Shenelle was awesome. She has a soft hand and very customer oriented. While the rest of the crew were so polite and accomodating. Price is worth the service they delivered.

Great service, super friendly staff.they’re so incredibly accomodating and patient which means a lot to someone like me whose work hours often makes it difficult to get appointments! Ashley is lovely to work with and does magic with my hair!

The lady done my hair doesn't know how to do balayage.
Asked for balayage but she only bleached bottom half.
Never going back.

There must be a lot of shoplifters in this store, everytime I shop there the staff would follow me around the aisles, very intimidating.
