I had a salted caramel pretzel and it just came out of the oven. It was just SO GOOD! Friendly people too

Always look forward to grabbing a pretzel whenever I am in this part of Perth.had trouble remembering name of frosting that I had last time, which was cream cheese, so opted for cheese and garlic. Delicious as always

The pretzel is so delicious. Can order online so save some waiting time. Still there are times they are so busy, the prezrel were not ready on time. Few times I have seen there was only one staff but it was so busy. The management needs to consider to add one more staff during lunch time

Barely any customers around, have been waiting for my pretzel for over 30 minutes when told there would be a 15 minute wait. Crazy because the workers are just drinking iced coffees and chatting

Can I just say wow! My husband and I are visiting from Sydney and came across pretzel at northbridge we ordered the cheese and jalapeño and the cookies and cream, we were in heaven the flavors were amazing, and tasted so fresh, hot and delicious, the staff were also very friendly, will definitely be back and will recommend to all our friends who visit Perth.

The staff really need to be more organised with making pretzels prior to them running out at the northbridge location. You shouldn’t have to wait 10 - 15 mins for fresh ones because the young workers have been too busy on their phones or too lazy to make fresh ones when they can see they are running low. Seems to happen very regular, today was the third day in a row I wanted a pretzel but couldn’t get due to no fresh ones being available.

Finally tried this place. Had the cheese and garlic pretzel and coffee. Coffee was very strong with great flavour. Pretzel was also nice, but not amazing. Maybe I was expecting too much or picked that wrong flavor.

Last night I was served by someone who embodies the pretzel energy! I had to come by late JUST as the store was closing, and still got a freshly baked pretzel. Beyond the delicious food, we had a great conversation about our curly hair! Loved the accommodating vibes, will be coming again soon!
