Pretty Polish Nails

I’ve been going here for the past 5 years and am so happy every time. From care to quality of work. 10/10

Extremely rude service from the staff member who has short hair. They always charge extra afterwards even though I pay beforehand and I always make sure they double check if it’s the right price, after finishing staff come up with different excuses and reasons to make me pay extra even when I purposely pay before hand so I can avoid the issue. When I confronted the staff member with the short hair as to why I keep getting charged extra they gave me multiple excuses.charging prices extra at the end is a scam.
I had my skin cut 3 times as well while cutting my cuticles and didn’t receive an apology.all she did was gaslight me telling me that I need to stop biting my nails when it literally bled right after she cut my cuticle too far. Never again.

Not worried, poorly done nails, resin sticks to the fingers below the nail, in short I advise against it! And when you ask her to improve your nails because they are poorly done, she complains and doesn't even say goodbye! Poorly polite

Disappointed. I had my nails done today and although they did a great job I still need to express my disappointment.
The gentleman that did my nails did not smile or talk once.
The place is so dirty, there is not one surface that is clean also chairs have so many rips in them. The UV light where you place your hands is dirty with old fabric and tape.
Before the end process he came to me with his eftpos machine for payment then put oil on my nails and sent me to wash my hands.
Clients have nails finished them go to COUNTER and pay.

Regardless if I did change my mind that’s my choice as a paying customer and I need to get what I want… charging prices extra at the end aren’t based off a decision change during the process.so that’s a scam.

Have been twice and the first was fine. But the second time I went away with a cut on my skin, a strange looking spot under my nail and the acrylic already began to lift after a week and a half. The cleanliness of the store was not great either.
I went to another nail salon today and immediately saw the difference. I will never go back to Pretty Polish Nails.

Excellent Nail salon. I went there today for the first time, and it was a very positive experience. The gentleman was very friendly and professional and it is a very nice atmosphere salon. I will go again and will not hesitate to recommend!

I've been to Pretty Polish twice now and had one great experience, and one terrible one.
The first time I went, the female manicurist was professional, fast, and did a lovely job of filing and painting my nails.
The most recent time I went (yesterday), the male manicurist did a fine job on my toes but botched my nails. He filed my nails very unevenly and I had to ask him three times to refile them (still wasn't totally happy but just gave up at that point). I asked for a black polish but got a dark blue/mauve toned black (not the biggest issue, just a small side note) and most disappointingly, my nails (shellac - which should not chip so quickly!) have already chipped, less than a day after the manicure.

Loved it, betty was really good and asked several times if I was happy with the shape and colour. I highly recommend going here. Worth the money.

I walked in yesterday for a shellac pedicure. I only had to wait a short time before someone was available. The staff was lovely and the woman doing my toes did a great job. They have a huge selection of colours and everything was clean and tidy. I’ve struggled to find a good nail salon in Perth. Sometimes the nail polishes are old and clumpy or the job is just low quality. But I was very happy with the results from yesterday.
Would I go here again? Absolutely

Pretty full when I went past @ 4pm but for a really great nail salon - not surprised! Well worth a visit

Excellent, efficient, friendly service in a bright room. Lovely big comfy chairs. Highly recommended.

Over all they did what I asked but in terms of hygiene and customer service they are like any other place. They could definitely be more welcoming and friendly. The guy was very rough and hurt my feet a few times, also he has posted a 5 star review in favour of the salon on their facebook page so I'm not sure of the reliability of their reviews since they allow staff to post reviews. They are quite rude when turning away customers and hard to understand. The appearance of the place was nice so I wanted to try it out but I think I'll be going back to my regular salon. Wouldn't reccomend.

Always feel good after my nails being done at the shop and my appointed nail technician, Sam, Nice place to relax and get all your pedi & medi done. Good quality and plenty of colors to choose from.

Asked for ombre nails and the man doing my nails did an awesome job. Super committed to detail and having them be the perfect shape, been here once before and they did an amazing job too and were very kind and considerate about my medical condition making my hands sweaty. The owner is absolutely lovely also.

Did such a nice job for my manicure! Has lasted 3 days with no chips already and still so glossy
