It is a pleasure each time I have been.
I had been searching for a new hairdresser and found Gillian who is so very talented at what she does and I would not go anywhere else.
All of the staff are friendly and polite.

First time visiting a new salon in 10 years and I am over the moon happy with how my hair turned out! Thea was amazing she listened to what I wanted and executed perfectly. I came to my appointment with the manager, I have normal grey hair for my age 63, top half is / was silver grey on top which I was happy with.underneath was a bit dull but not quite grey yet, I asked for you to keep my colour and try and blend in the under neath dull colour.my appointment was for a full head of foils.but I asked for your advice.you gave me your advice to have only a half head of foils.with some darker colour foils which I said straight away no that's not what I want, I am looking to blend in with my natural colour no darker colour.and agreed to only having half a head of foils to blend in with my natural colour.you then gave me a quote for half a head of foils.then did a whole head of foils, so at this point I'm thinking your trying to blend in my natural hair colour, so sat there while you had my hair and colour in your hands.you came once to check my colour.then off I go to the wash basin, returned to my seat and actually had my hair dried before having it cut.well that was a new one for me.never have i ever had my hair dried before having a good cut.so I left with a totally different hair colour much darker than normal, not at all i wanted, but once my family saw me they were shocked as to why i had had my hair colour changed, I am annoyed that you didn't listen to my breif and went ahead and did your own thing then took a photo, i left and walked away in tears.this appointment was a treat for me after being sick for 5 months.so very disappointing, I hate the colour and "the hair trim not cut" is equally disappointing,

I had my hair done yesterday by tenaycee, she was amazing and very friendly as were all the staff working, she let me know what products to continue using for the best results and when to come back in, i’ll definitely continue getting my hair done here x

Emily is new to the Salon and I was lucky enough to book in for a toner, shampoo and blow dry. Em was great checking in if I was comfortable and I was happy with everything along the way. Gillian and Tenaycee were there to guide and support if Em needed it. Highly recommend this Salon and the Prestige team

Went in for the first time yesterday and was blown away by how amazing my hair looks! It feels so soft and healthy!

I’ve been coming to prestige hair and beauty since 2020 now and I never leave disappointed I’ve had all the girls work on my hair in many ways from cutting to styling to bleaching, colouring and washing the girls are always so friendly and welcoming in the salon they also take good care of their customers, little appreciation bit to Nat for always fixing my hair from my in the spare of the moment bleaching from home times and always letting me leave looking flawless you girls are the best ️ couldn’t recommend youse enough

Not usually one to leave a bad review. I understand people make mistakes, but the way you respond to your mistake is often more imperative to your customer then the actual mistake made.

I came in for a highlight special and we discussed the added option of some lowlights after I showed the hairdresser photos of work (from this page) of colours that I liked.

The hair dresser talked me into a completely different service which was twice the price and said it would look the same and I'd love it. This would have been fine, however, my hair looked nothing like the photos i showed her. I don't think she actually listened to me and what I was asking for at all.

Unfortunately she matched my natural mousey blonde roots to almost black and my platinum blonde ends are a nice duck poo green.

The hairdresser could tell from my disappointed face immediately that I wasn't happy. She offered to shampoo my hair as a solution on the day after I explained it was really dark.big red flag there. Anyways she assured me it was a semi permanent and would wash out.it has not.

I waited a few days to see if it would grow on me, but I only hated it more and more each day so once again I communicated with the salon. It wasn't blended at all it was a sharp band of black and green so I sent photos of this, and explained my concerns.

I was never rude and actually complimented the hairstylist because I thought she was lovely despite ruining my hair. I don't think she intentionally did so.

I asked for advice on how to best remove the colour and was given the offer of a shampoo and toner service for $100 as a solution with no advice. I explained I wouldn't be happy with this, and felt I wasn't being listened to. Shampoo won't remove permanent hair dye? It needs bleaching or a colour stripper.

When I asked for a consult and shared photos/expressed my concerns I was just blatantly ignored from then on.

Here is a photo of my hair after my visit, and my hair I had done last. My regrowth had grown out significantly so I was looking to break it up a little with highlights.

I have since tried to lift the colour elsewhere without bleach, but was unsuccessful after hundreds spent and have been informed it will likley take a year + with multiple bleaching services to fix.

I think a simple apology or an offer to actually remove the colour (with bleach NOT shampoo) would have been the right response here.

I'm so glad I found this hidden gem! Not only is it well priced, there is a cute baby goat roaming around too! I don't have my hair done often enough as I find the whole experience stressful and pricey. As soon as I walked inside I felt calm and relaxed. It wasn't hectic and noisy like other places I have been to. I will be a forever client!

Went and had keratin treatment today. My hair feels amazing. The girls are super friendly and are perfectionists. Thankyou so much

Massive thank you to all 3 lovely ladies at Prestige Hair N Beauty i spoke to Gillian through message and explained what a mess a previous hairdresser did to my hair (colour wise!) made a booking and the lovely ladies knew what i wanted and did what they can to get the best coverage, my hair is absolutely stunning i am so happy with colour, I felt very welcomed i also had to bring my 1 year old in as it was an unplanned appointment so didnt have pram with me and the ladies were so lovely with bub and ensuring that i was comfortable and happy, my little Emilia was entertained and had a blast.
Will deffianltly be coming back!

These ladies are amazing. I get both my boys hair cut by Nat and she is so patient and lovely. My boys loving going to the salon they are welcomed by all the ladies there they even let the boys help with little job they love it ️

I booked an appointment with Gillian and due to a miscommunication, Gillian quoted me inaccurately. I came back to pay the full price, but Gillian refused. On my part, one ought to be able to appreciate excellent service- which is what I received from Jacinta and a lovely Englishwoman (Shelly?). Thank you very much for a job well done. You’re highly recommended!
