Prestige Barber Lounge

On the 23 of September I went to the barber shop and I got a haircut from this asian guy who is addicted to vaping and vapes around the store whilst there's also kids around. I asked him to start with a number 2 all round (on afro hair) and go from there. He then proceeds to cut my hair and finds its hard to cut through it but maybe if he had picked the hair with a comb then he would have found it much easier, although he changes his guard for the clippers and quickly begins cutting through my hair as I saw him cutting my hair with it and I noticed how low it is, I then ask him after his basically rushed cutting my hair with a much lower trim whilst he's also listening to music through his earphones if that's even a number 2 he then comes up with this stupid excuse of afro hair being curly so you have to take it down, so basically meaning that any length you want to keep on a afro no matter what has to go down because it's curly coming from a bald asian guy who vapes in the store trying to hide it, listens to music while cutting a person is hair and barley can even hold his clippers like he just broke his hand. After this disappointing haircut I headed to the counter and he tells the receptionist after he asked what he should charge for it a buzz cut. So 1. I didn't ask for a buzz cut. And he's completely disrespected the customer (me) by not meeting my requirements. 3 after that his gone and done his own thing he didn't not warn me what his about to do. 4 and after all that I got charged. So I strongly suggest not to go to this barber or get a haircut from the bald asian vape fein and if you have afro hair I strongly believe to not go to this barber shop as I've also had bad barber experiences with other guys but this haircut is way to far.

I initially had given this same place a 5 star but I am gonna take this back as I had an extremely poor experience the last time I was here. It took ages before the guy at the shop could attend to me. There were only 2 barbers at the time taking care of 7ish customers and it took a long time before they could attend to me and my turn finally came, they guy tried to finish my hair up up in less than 5 mins and I wasn't happy with the outlook. I am not coming back.

We went here for the 1st time last week.
I had 4 boys 2 teens and 2 pre-teens. The guys at Prestige were awesome, made the kids all feel welcomed and joked around with them and the boys really enjoyed the cut. Awesome customer service, excellent pricing. Will definitely be back

Get yourself straightened up at Prestige. I walked in a mess and walked out a million. Great vibe in this place. Highly recommended.

First time getting my haircut with these guys, awesome experience. Minh did a great job and good bloke to have a chat with. Overall great experience, definitely will be getting my haircut here in the future.

They were very patient and welcoming to my 2 boys. My eldest (3 year old) was very sad but as soon as he got into the chair and was given a batman toy for comfort he smiled and sat so well. My youngest (almost 2) sat so well and was excited by all the things in the shop. Thank you again guys for your excellent work. Really makes it all worth while when you very skilled and professional barbers.

Sat there for 10 minutes without anyone saying anything. Someone else walks in and gets shown to a seat straight away. First time trying, not coming back.

The best haircut I have ever had, the fact that you can make appointments and not have to wait around for hours is also amazing. The staff are all so friendly and the owner understands what the clients want and need. You will never leave the place with a bad haircut, everyone makes sure you look perfect before you leave. I won’t go anywhere else. Fact.

Got my wedding on tomorrow so headed in for a hair cut, high skin fade, and tidy up the beard. Lads were amazing did an amazing job! One less thing to worry about on the big day. Very friendly and skilled staff definitely head in and check them out

Great service and spot on hair cuts for our boys. Found them about 3 months ago and have been back multiple times. Different barbers all consistently outstanding at their job. Highly recommend. Much better than the local barbers in Ellenbrook. Thanks guys

I rocked up the day before I flew to Sydney, not realising they're bookings only and were actually closed at the time. I was lucky that there was the owner who was closing up as we tried to go in. We explained the situation and he opened back up for me and was just a delightful character

This place is my go to hair cut shop, the guys there show good vibes and they are all funny and good to talk to.
The guy I usually get my cut is Nella, his fades are next level, every time I go anywhere in public I get compliments about my haircut. Definitely recommend this place but keep in mind the wait may be long.
