This place has the worst staff - super rude, no greetings and no thank you and have been since even before its renovation and the biggest rbf ever

Did no taste like bubble tea at all. Taste less and I never had this kind of taste before. Maybe you guys need to re training how to make a standard bubble tea.

Did not taste like preso normally does, all 3 drinks were very bland. Person taking orders seemed impatient and did not look happy that we were taking some time to decide what to order despite there being no queue or other people waiting.

? If you are looking for a signature refreshment that represented for Taiwanese food, this is one of the right places to go.

I'm here at 5: 28pm on a Sunday and it's shut with a worker inside. Closed 32 minutes early

Really nice teas.seemed understaffed when i went and there was one guy taking orders and making the drinks but he was very friendly and apologised about the wait.

Bad customer service. 3 Staff standing around chatting, not cleaning or doing any work. When coming up to order, not friendly the customer service, just looks of unpleased and couldn’t care less vibes. Even the male manager there talking to staff but not doing any work. I wondered why there was not many customers there and now i know why. Only need one staff member on and have better quality customer service.

Astounded by an absolute failure of what they call "customer service". I may not look Chinese to you, but I assure you that I understood whatever they said about me and my orders. Do you girls also gossip behind other customers' back?

It's time I call these guys out.

My mother inlaw buys bubble tea every week without fail from this store for her grandchildren.

From week to week, the poor quality of their receipt print out keeps on coming.
We spend countless minutes trying to figure out what the codes are towards the bottom of the receipt.
Those of you that drink bubble tea know that there are rewards program and when you hit a certain spend, you can claim your free drinks.

With the print out of their receipts, this will not be the case with this store. We even got their staff to write it down for my mother inlaw and still it is not the correct code.

I urge everyone that goes here to buy bubble tea, to check their codes before leaving.

I find this a very conniving tactic. We are here to support the local business but when a business is doing this to benefit themselves, it is time to go support another store.

The lady served me is so rude. Maybe she is waiting for her shift to end. You can't expect every customers knows what to say during order. I forgot to mention my ice level but I will appreciate her if she asked me nicely instead of giving me bad face.

All you Internationals and local Asians know what's up. It's your bread and butter for sustenance. It doesn't matter if you're here to celebrate the end of your exams or to cry that you're failing. Presotea will always be there for you.

This was a truly bad experience. Came by here one afternoon and ordered a Japanese Genmaicha with Aloe Vera. It's not the drink that mattered, but for all of you out there who order your drinks, don't walk away after you have paid. Keep a close eye on the staff making your drink. I kid you not. The staff member picked up a used tea bag, smelt it and out it right back in the grouphead to reuse the tea bag and made my drink! It was only when I had asked the staff member why she reused the teabag that she remade my drink with a fresh tea bag! To top it off, her colleague actually asked her "why were you so carless to let the customer see it? "

Perhaps this is something that can be lodged to the department of health or the ACCC? I know it's just bubble tea. But come on. Reusing teabags?

Customer service here is trash. Never acknowledged when I come here. Not even a ‘hi’ Nor do they explain drinks properly and they also don’t make it well either. Barrack street is the best store where I receive consistent drinks. This store is the worst I’ve ever been to. Staff need basic customer service training

Very good bubble tea shop with quite consistent product output. I have no complains whatsoever.

If you have to choose between Presotea and Chatime in waterford, choose Presotea. Their only downside is that they close earlier on weekends.

You get the occasional staffs that barely speaks english, but hey it's an asian bubble tea place what do you expect. Customer service is meh, tell them to say 'Thank You' at the end of transactions and then it's all good.

Went for the first time today and was super excited to try it. Got home not having touched my tea and noticed a black hair at the bottom only because it contrasted against my jelly. Didn't have time to go back so had to waste the tea with no chance to get a refund. Kinda disappointing.

The last 5 times I came to this branch, all the pearls were sold out. I don't understand, are you people not prepared? I asked why, all I got was some weakly explained excuses in poor English. You are a BUBBLE tea shop right? Not a tea shop?

Great bubble tea at a good price.
This particular store has quite a nice area to sit and drink.
Quite funky tables.
Staff were friendly when I visited and the tea was fantastic.
Highly recommend the Special Pearl Milk Tea. Very delicious.

I'm still trying to figure out which ones better presotea or chatime.so far I think chatime is more delicious.but presotea makes up for it in amazing sitting area.chatime has better customer service.but if you wanna know the best.go to berry me. I know it's not bubble tea but it's tasty beverage with best environment
