I go out of my way just to buy bubble tea from this location because they always cook the sago perfectly! And the staff are 10/10!

A shopping mall takeaway Presotea that offers consistently good bubble tea. The pearls here seem to be continually made fresh in a pot at the back of the stall and come soft yet chewy, making a great pearl bubble tea.

Sugar levels are inconsistent with other Preso tea joints. Normal sugar here tastes like 25% at other presos.

Great tea and a fantastic service. The staff here are amazing. I accidentally dropped my tea as I was walking off and they made me a new one with no questions asked. I was humbled by their kindness. Thank you.

I love the Ceylon black tea with 25% sugar and ice - just like my normal iced tea back in the United States! Cannot find this anywhere else. The staff here are always very friendly. Thank you!

We bought the drinks every twice a week from April. Every time bought over 4-5 cups. Recently we bought the drinks from here, we found they had sloppy work, every drinks tastes like water, not like before. When I complained to the reception who's a male, he said it's impossible, we have the same recipe.
Every time I order A-li-shan iced tea, hojicha latte and matcha latte without surger and ice, but the taste not good in this two months. The color faded.

從四月買飲料，買到現在，前期飲料是都很標準，沒什麼好挑剔的，近期買飲料十次有七次都踩雷，每次都買無糖去冰，但口味比起之前淡了很多，跟櫃台反應是說配方都一樣，但喝起來就是比之前水比之前淡，茶沒茶味，感覺有點偷工減料？同時期買北橋和v park的鮮茶道就不會有這種感覺，覺得失望。抹茶拿鐵、培茶拿鐵的顏色比之前都淺，阿里山冰茶看到加了三分之一的白水。

Presotea Innaloo is easily the best in town. After being a loyal customer for the past 8 months, buying a drink literally once a day, it’s given me a deep insight into the work ethic of the staff, the cleanliness of th business and the quality of the products.

Never have I been disappointed with the service or quality of the products here at the store. The staff are beyond friendly, efficient and hard working. Their motto of “Stay fresh” is easily backed up by the quality of each purchase.

I recommend heavily you come down, say hi and pick yourself up a bubble tea (large passion fruit green tea, no sugar, half ice is my go to).

Honestly the nicest staff! I love how cheap they are and always remember my orders. I go back just because they're lovely.
