I had my bathroom renovated by this company within a 2week window and apart from a slight delay getting started it was finished in just a fraction over time. The tradies were quick clean and left the job site clean. I think they would be worth considering on your next project.

Presidential Group assisted us with some Asbestos inspections. Ramadan and his team were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Very punctual and friendly service from everyone on the team.

Watch this space this I have paid paid a substantial deposit on accepting a quote from Presidential. I acknowledge work was interrupted by inclement weather on one day. Since then about a month ago neither Director/s or the registered office have returned phone calls as to whether the deal is still on. My concern is the Directors are acting in a very poor business like manner.
At this stage I could not honestly recommend them despite having dealt with them over the last few years.

Entirely unprofessional service. Tradesperson arrived and within half an hour was requesting payment. I asked if he had cleaned all the gutters and changed the 2 broken tiles to which he said 'no only the front half because the back was too difficult to do'. The owner rang him to tell him to complete the job properly and since the job had been completed I have been hassled for payment before even receiving the invoice. Would not recommend and if you do make sure you're savvy enough to confront them about doing the work they're paid to do.

Ramadan and his team were excellent in providing us with some emergency services for our roof. Prompt, professional service and aftercare. Would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

So 830am today Easter Sunday two gentlemen spent the whole day removing celing an cleaning all the insulation could not be more happier with the hard work they did so greatful
