Had a lower back issue, went to see Dr Aubrey Monie who diagnosed and relieved the issue very quickly. He suggested another session in a day or so to ensure all was good. Very easy people to deal with. Highly recommend.

I first saw this practice in October 2018. Highly recommended.
After seeing the Head Therapist, i did get some pain relief, but not enough.
After ordering an MRI of my lower back/hip area, it was not brought to my attention what this exactly meant at the time.
This results in mild to moderate spinal canal stenosis and right subarticular recess stenosis with flattening of the right L5 nerve within the narrowed subarticular recess. Severe foraminal stenosis is also present on the right and results in craniocaudal flattening of the right L4 nerve within the narrowed foramen.till now, 8 months later, by a New specialist telling me i need lower spinal fusion and something should have been done about it last year, it's no wonder you are in so much pain.
I'm really disappointed and in daily agony. I have severe nerve pain which could have been fixed, not by exercise by the way, exercise doesn't fix everything.
Please don't bother contacting me, i don't need any more explanations.
I went back to this practice only one last time last year, held up in traffic, 7 minutes late after travelling for 50 minutes, then turned away at reception!
But what about me waiting for 20 minutes or more to be seen in your waiting room? Should work both ways right?

After only 2 sessions with Cameron, my wrist has now regained full strength and functionality. Diagnosis and treatment plans were spot on. The practice is well presented and parking was easy. Highly recommend this physio.
