Absolute nightmare to deal with! Worst customer service and a theif!

Took them 3 attempts to get my front bar and winch installed, went to collect after the 2nd attempt to realise they had not installed the winch that I had paid for, so back to the shop for a 3rd visit.

Notified Kris from the get go my vehicle was going elsewhere (Malaga Suspensions) for a suspension lift and GVM upgrade after he was finished.

My suspension guys tried to take it over the pits which failed due to Precision wiring my driving lights illegally. Notified Kris and explained exactly what the issue was and how to rectify (wiring indicators to be driving lights as well as indicators is illegal) they needed to be only indicators, not both, he took the vehicle and told me "he would get it sorted", unfortunately I was not aware of what he had done because my suspension guys were looking after the vehicle. He dropped it back for the 2nd pit inspection which it then failed AGAIN!

Explained to Kris again, he collected the vehicle again, but he also ignored me again. He dropped it back for the 3rd attempt for the pit inspection which it then finally passed but it wasn't until I collected the car from the suspension guys that I realised that he decided to completely remove 2 of the lights which I had paid for without my concent. Yes it passed but it was not what he was asked to do.

I also noticed that the 2 lights he removed were not left with or inside the vehicle. I contacted him AGAIN and asked him where my lights were and if he could refit them as it was not actually a requirement for the pit inspection. His answer was that he would not return my lights and finish the job that I paid him to do so he essentially stole my lights from my vehicle!

Really poor and possibly a scam. About 3 months ago I purchased 5 rims and tyres from them, when I rocked up they said unfortunately they only have 4 in stock, I was ok with this at the time as they were very apologetic and promised to courier the 5th tyre to my house in 3 weeks time. Since then I have made 4 phone calls all of which they said the boss would call me back, which never happened. They are no longer answering calls, instead it says call failed. I’m unsure if they blocked my number or unplugged their phones. I’m hoping they will respond to this review and get in contact. I warn you all that I’ve read other reviews of it happening exactly the same way.

Where can I start, was getting a lift kit and wheels and went to pick up the car and had an entirely different suspension fitted without letting me know, went to check up on everything before I left and there was a strut bolt not even hand tightened on. Ended up telling me to come back in two weeks to get my original suspension fitted (dobinsons). During the 2 weeks I asked about the leaf springs in the back and tells me that that don’t even stock dobinson leafies. After everything fitted he then tells me that he hates seeing unhappy customers and asks me if I want the dobinsons leaf springs. I was so fed up at that point and I was not gonna come back for the 3rd time. They didn’t even do a wheel alignment and the steering wheel was no where near straight. Whatta bloody joke, definitely don’t recommend. Lucky there’s no option for 0 stars

Very poor customer service! If you are buying parts from here ensure they actually have the stock they say they have and don’t take their word! I bought 5 wheels and tires from them went to pick them up and they only had 4 wheels and tires said they forgot I had ordered 5 and they had to order in the remaining wheel and tire. The remaining wheel came in around 2 weeks later and organised pickup and when I arrived they said they didn’t have the last tire. I asked for a refund of the last tire that they didn’t supply me with and they were happy to give me a refund. That afternoon I messaged asking when I could expect the refund to be processed and I was presented with a few very argumentative responses. They stopped replying to my messages and calls and they didn’t refund me the money until I told them I would be in contact with my lawyers.

If everything goes well then everyone happy. Mine did not go well. My Hamer plus bar was installed off centre. Kris solution was to try and bend it back into shape. I ended up taking it to the supplier who fixed up the install. I’d spent 10K with Kris. I paid extra to get it correctly fitted. It didn’t need to be bent in to shape. I cut my losses.

Highly recommend! Excellent products and support from staff. Great range with quality workmanship. My landcruiser looks awesome now.

Don’t waste your time! Extremely unprofessional. I had a booking on 22nd of April for a lift kit supply & install. Booking made trough phone 2 weeks prior. On the date, I’ve been there 8am with the car and the front desk lady which was a nice lady, told me the boss is gone I don’t know where, and unfortunately they don’t have any supplies. On top of that they wanted to book me in another 2 weeks, no thanks. I wasted my time going all the way there so be told that. No one bothered to call me not to come anymore or something. Don’t waste your time with them.

Hopefully you not gonna say that this happened due to covid.

Had a colour coded Hamer bar fitted by these guys. Couldn’t be happier. Great knowledge of product and vehicle. Will defo be going back for tyres and other upgrades when I’m due.

I’ve had Kris and his team service my Ford Ranger xlt from new. I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive. They know their stuff and I know I can trust them when things need replacing.
With Kris and his team you get good honest knowledgeable advice and excellent service which is unfortunately hard to find now a days
I’ve recently ordered a v6 ranger and I cant wait to hit Kris up on advice on suspension, tyre and wheel upgrades when it arrives. Exciting times

We used to get our car serviced by the dealership we purchased our car from. We were always charged way too much and the dealership would always try and do unnecessary works and charge us more. We were put on to Kris and the team by a mutual friend. Our car is always serviced well, pricing is very fair (especially for tyres) and all works are always explained to us before they are done. I find the service to be excellent and will continue to have our car serviced here. Would recommend to anyone

My ford ranger Was looking a bit standard and the XLT model has loads of Silver bits.

One apprach is to black it out, as many do, Rather, the team at Precesion found the perfect wheel and trye combo.

The Black wheels geature silver bits which blend with the existing features.

The BIG tryes are a game changer on the dunes - yet much more quiet on the road than they may look.

The Ute has style, spophistacted and BEAST all just a few small changes.

Looking forward to the next upgrade as Kris has helped me see a path forward one step at a time as cash flow permit!

If you want both FUNCTION and STYLE - these goes are all about it.

These guys are a knowledgeable and passionate team who love doing cool mods. I bought new tyres from them and they organised rock sliders from the Eastern States as they weren’t available in WA.
They knew what could and couldn’t be done to my Everest and the prices were very fair compared to the major outlets.
