Precision Nail Care

I usually treat myself to a pedicure once a year before Christmas but decided spur of the moment to have one last week on Sunday and support a local business. Experience was good and liked the look of my nails after. I wear enclosed shoes for work and when I took them off Monday evening, the big toe nails were smudged badly.
Never had this happen before so called them and was advised to call in to discuss.
When I went in was made to feel I was not being honest and it was suggested I had a shower or had smudged them on the Sunday.
Told me that’s what happens if you don’t get Shellac (never had this happen elsewhere) and I could get Shellac if I paid another $20.
Got them cleaned and left.
Will never go back.

Very unhappy! Went Sunday afternoon to have refills. Asked for square round, got square but accepted it paid $55 and left. By Monday night one snapped off. By Tuesday another two snapped. Went in Wednesday morning and explained I’ve had them done a few days. They were happy to repair the snapped nails then told me I had to pay after repairing them. I explained I wasn’t paying for their terrible job I had them done only a few days ago, they then proceeded to say if I came in the afternoon repair would have been free but because I came in the morning I have to pay. They NEVER explained this free afternoon repairs when I came in to begin with. I won’t be going back! Absolute joke of a place!

I have to say what a shame that this place has gone so down hill, there is a new lady working along side the other two ladies that have been there years! And she has done my nails twice now and they are so poorly done! I won’t be going again and it’s a shame as myself my mum and my daughter all have been loyal customers and we will all no longer use this place. I wouldn’t recommend. Very rushed and poorly done

Worst nails i have ever gotten, will not be going back here again.i got french tips and the base colour was nothing like what i asked for and they ended up looking like press on nails

Fabulously large range of colours to choose from, comfortable situation, lovely, professional but friendly staff.

I always come back here as they are affordable, I get in quickly and they always do a good job. Plus the loyalty card helps too.

Do NOT recommend, zero quality, poor service not to mention the waiting time almost 1 hour

- Asked for a French tip and as you can see in the pics, what I showed and asked for VS what I got.
- There were two ladies working on my nails as there was no one else in the salon, and they were just speaking in their language to each other making me as a customer feel left out and awkward.
- The white tips are sooo crooked, I asked the lady many times to fix it and she said she would but didn't.
- Never been so disappointed with my nails, they are so sore as well. My OCD just wants to rip off these nails ; (

Had a pedicure here for my birthday. Was great, not usually my thing but it was very relaxing and I really enjoyed it
My feet have never looked this good. Would recommend to any other guys out there.

Do not go here, they are so rough and made my fingers bleed, they took so long to do my acrylics and they were skewed and odd shaped.the painting was awful

Absolutely amazing! The staff here are lovely and always make sure you’re happy every step of the way. Wasn’t rushed at all and was helped with matching my pedicure colour to my nails. 10/10 recommend! Will defiantly be going here every time!

Both girls spoke to each other in their own language the whole time. Very rude.

I have been here for sns around 10 times. I have received a “good” set of sns once, when it was done by the main lady/owner. However it is very unlikely you will get her service as it’s normally other girls who lack basic training. I continued to go due to it being right next to my house, always easy to walk in without an appointment and decent prices.
My nails were constantly misshaped (one oval, 3 coffin, one a wonky coffin, another round etc), they were often lumpy, and on 2 different occasions, ombré colours done incorrectly (instead of flowing in to another colour I was given half and half) not sure why they would have ombré as an option when they are incapable of doing it. After the second time I gave up with the ombré option.
I sat next to another lady once who asked for one shape and was given multiple different shapes (like above) she ended up having to have them all cut down and reshaped correctly by the main lady/owner but lost a lot of her length. If staff were adequately trained this place could be great. They are very friendly and always offer a cup of tea or coffee etc. This is quite a delayed review as I have not been for quite some time - one would hope that they have improved. But just be wary and perhaps don’t attend for your first time when you really need your nails to be amazing for an event.

First time client, place was empty with 2 ladies working they did approach me and asked what i would like, i wanted sns nails whihc i hadnt jad before but was told it wasbetter for your nails, anyway when i sat down they hadnt cleaned from the pervous client and she just shook the towel from the table then placed it back for her to use on me. 8 felt like i had to rush my colour's as she was waiting for me and wasnt helpful at all then during the treatment she and the other lady just spoke to each other in their own language. Its been 2 weeks and i took my nails off and my nails are soo soo sore and sensitive never going back there again.
