I had a lovely experience. A wonderful lady, Rosetta, took great care of me. Due to ill health, my hair was in dire need for some TLC. Rosetta certainly provided that. What normally is a stressful and anxious activity, turned into a relaxed and pleasant experience. Thank you Rosetta and Precision?

Andrew was very professional. He did my hair even when his toes were injured, but still meticulous about the details.

Great atmosphere relaxed while the awesome staff pampered me with Tea, Massage Chairs and a Head Massage during wash. Very clean establishment and Professional Staff. Have been going for decade's and never walked out disappointed.

I was contacted by the owner of this salon to inform me they were re opening, after they chose to voluntarily close due to the conflicting messages on COVID-19. I was really surprised and comforted by the personal touch and time taken to reassure me that all precautions and social distancing would be followed. I really needn't have been concerned, from the time I walked back into the salon, I felt right at home once again and all the promised precautions were taken. Thank goodness for Carmen weaving her magic and Ebonee making me feel so relaxed at the basin I walked out feeling a little less stressed over the current environment and certainly looked 100% better. Thank you to the Precision family, please don’t go away again:)

I recently had a cut, colour and blowave with Adam at Precision Hair Studio in Midland and I was very happy with the outcome. The colour and cut were both great and the blowave was awesome! Adam really took his time to make sure that the blowave was just what I wanted and that it would last.a very happy customer here! Thank you Precision, I'll be back.

Andrew did a wonderful job with my hair. My hair is not in great condition and he managed to make it look great without taking off too much length. I also asked for a fringe and got exactly the style I wanted. Will definitely go back.
