Powerhouse Surf

First time buying from Powerhouse Surf. Great customer service. Relaxed vibe. The owner (presumably) knew what he was talking about and the price was better than other places online. Based on this recommendation my family are now going there.

Visited Powerhouse for the first time today to pick up a new board and the service was second to none. I’m not the most knowledgeable guy when it comes to surfboards and the guys were brilliant, and patient in helping me pick the right board. I definitely felt as if they were more interested in me being happy, rather than them just wanting to sell a board, even recommended fins they didn’t have and have had to order them to be delivered to my house. I will definitely be back in the future.

Amazing service here. I called in to glean some wetsuit information and was provided much more than I expected. After trying a few on, I was close to settled on my choice. There was no guilt laid on, or bad vibes, when I said I'd have a think about it.

I did a bit of a tour around.and came back. Service oriented businesses which are competitive need our support. I paid no more than elsewhere, in fact, it was less.

I am particularly pleased with my new wetsuit, as buying it was an absolute pleasure.

Outstanding service at a competitive price. Being new to surfing my son and I needed a lot of advice. The team at Powerhouse Surf took their time to listen and give really good advice. A great cross section of gear is the icing on the cake. I would recommend Powerhouse Surf to any surfer. It will definitely be my go-to.

My son and I had gone all around Perth looking at boards. We finally got to Powerhouse Surf and the service we got was beyond amazing. We could have been sold a $1000 board but the honest service, knowing my son is still learning, we walked away with a $200 second hand board so he can get his confidence up before the big spend. NEVER going anywhere else!

Dropped in to investigate getting a new wetty and Rashy. Polite and easy going staff made the journey a breeze.

Great customer service. Got there as a complete newbie and they recommended just the right secondhand board for my size & skill level for a very reasonable price. They had great advice on everything else I would need to start ripping.

I’ve been surfing for two months now with the new board and if at first I doubted as I was struggling to pop-up, now I’m super comfortable with it. And I know I’ll be able to grow and improve with the board for quite some time. It’s like they knew me more than I knew myself.

Outstanding customer service, soon as i walked through the door, the staff were really quick to meat you with a smile and offers to help.
I was assisted with a full body wetsuit by the young lady, Becka and her knowledge of the products in store was fantastic, and all staff members made you feel welcomed at all times, thank you Becka and other staff members, i will definitely be going back to PowerHouse Surf if i need anything in the future.

The most friendly and helpful service I highly recommend. I went in to buy my first wetsuit and compared to my experience at other stores this was by far the best. The range is awesome and it is a really nice store, they gave me a good price too!

I originally called in to this surf shop to check out wetsuit ranges and sizes. The staff of Becca & Greg are simply outstanding. Originally I could not get stock of the wetsuit I wanted in my size. This was not a problem at all. They spoke to the O'neill representative and they had one at the shop in less than 2 days! WOW! I was in Albany at the time and due to travel restrictions could not come to Perth. It arrived super fast in Albany and I was l like a kid waiting to receive a present for Santa! Thank you for the outstanding service in every way! Best experience of a surf shop I have ever come across! Will definitely be a repeat customer!
