Posh Pizza

Got pizza form here a month or so ago, and I absolutely loved it. Some of the best I've ever had. Ordered the same pizza again today, and honestly I'm really disappointed. Maybe there's a consistency issue? If it's a dice roll every time I order, then I'm not sure I can justify the risk in the future.

The cheese was completely dry and flakey (not stretchy and moist like you expect from mozzarella), you can barely taste the sauce, and the toppings seem to be lacking too.

Only reason I'm giving a 2 is because it was actually really great last time I got it. I thought I found a really good pizza place, but I think I'll pass next time.

Edit: changing my order to 1 star, since I'm being told they've recently switched ownership. Obviously the new people running it shouldn't benefit from the good will from the previous owners. It ended up in the bin, genuinely just inedible.

Bad place with bad food, treat staff poorly with no pay and firing without notice or reason. No wonder the business is failing.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Posh Pizza has recently become owned by new owners and they are withholding pay from their drivers and also refused to pay select drivers.

As of today, all of the drivers have been fired and without any notice whatsoever. Please do not support a scummy business, choose a different branch instead.

Ordered almost two hours ago for delivery on ubereats where I was advised the restaurant uses their own drivers. As I'm writing this review I'm hungry and disappointed because I don't think my pizza is ever going to arrive and it's now past their closing time. Called the restaurant a while ago and was told that the pizza was made and in store and that their driver would be on their way in a few minutes. Needless to say i believe every single one of these reviews about poor delivery, and I will never be ordering from here again.

The worst delivery experience. The pizza is NOT worth the 2.5 - 3 HOUR WAIT! I placed an order via UberEats at 6: 30pm, taking into account that it would be 20-40 minutes for delivery. Posh pizza use their own delivery drivers, so to get an ETA you have to contact the store. We were advised that this would be delivered between 7pm and 7: 20pm. As soon as we reached 7: 40pm I placed a phone call to the store to let them know our order had not arrived. We were told it would be here soon. Another 35 minutes passed (8: 20pm) and I placed another phone call stating that the one pizza and chips we ordered had still not arrived. The lady advised that the delivery person had left 5 minutes ago and we should receive our order shortly. It is now 9: 10pm (2 HOURS AND 40 MINUTES POST ORDER) and I am just going to assume that the pizza is not coming. This is absolutely appalling and I will NEVER order anything from Posh Pizza again. After reading all the reviews, I understand that this happens on a very regular occurrence. I just hope that people read the reviews prior to purchase and go elsewhere, or I hope that Posh Pizza actually have a wake up call and sort themselves out, or their business will be dead soon enough.

First order, spaghetti and meatballs, it was so bad it’s inedible. Cheesecake was reasonable.

Arribbatta pasta.tomato sauce with jalepinos and salami. Yeah. Nah. 25 dollars. Plus garlic bread which was just toast. 35.

If you like pizza then you understand.

Over an hour to start delivering 2 pizzas. And only after I called to ask where my pizzas were. I live 10 minutes away from the stores. When they finally arrived, the pizzas were stale and cold. They obviously sat on the counter for an hour and they had someone deliver them when I called to complain.

They don’t even update the Uber Eats app and there’s no tracking info, so I can’t even request a refund through Uber and give them a deservingly poor rating there too.

I will not order from this business again.

Pizza was an hour late and cold, called the store but they had closed.
Went in this morning to ask about a refund and stood in the store for 15 minutes with it wide open calling out for someone but no one was there. Once the man decided to come back into the store I said " I could of taken anything in the 15 minutes Ive been here" his response was " go for it "
Anyway no sorry for having to wait and no sorry for the pizza being late or cold.
It's really sad as your shop used to have good service and really good pizza.

Ordered from Pasta Palace on Uber, found out they’re actually just the pasta from this place, which we’ve had before and is just average. That’s not the problem, though. The problem is that we ordered and waited for 3 hours for food that didn’t arrive. At one point we called the restaurant, gave our details and were told the driver was 5 minutes away. Our food still had not been delivered 40 minutes later, so we cancelled. And it wasn’t a fault of Uber either, as these guys do their own delivery. Shame, as I’ve heard the pizza is good but have also heard other stories of people getting cold food or messed around with deliveries.

I gave you one star becasue that was the only option but if I could give negative ten I would. Ordered food (3 pizzas) on my birthday for the family at 7.48pm. It arrived at 9.45pm. Cold, kids starving f and I tried calling to find out where it was at but the shop was closed. I used to love this place but I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience like it…. Never again

I really enjoy their pizzas and pasta dishes but I think there is an issue with the ordering app. 3 times in a row it has said ready in 20 minutes, and it has always taken longer, sometimes double that. I don't mind it taking longer but be realistic. It makes me want to go elsewhere, which is a shame as the product is good.

Shockingly overpriced sub-par pizza.
When you spend $80 on 2 pizzas and some arancini, you expect something a bit special. Nearly 90 minutes after ordering, we received what can only be described as 2 of the blandest lukewarm pizzas I've ever had. There are some nice ingredients on there, but in such tiny amounts that you barely know what you're eating. The arancini was okay though, and the sauce was good for dunking the (overly chewy) crusts.

This was our go to pizza shop but lately it's just not hit the spot like it did, wich is a shame as we ate here all the time.

We ordered delivery and spent over $90 and our order was delivered over an hour and a half after they said it would be delivered by. With no notification or communication on the order we called 3 times and they kept saying 20minutes

Disappointed in service and in the pizzas. Base wasn't even cooked thru and there was hardly any toppings on them both. The price of chips and the amount was terrible aswell. Won't be going back. Not the first time of being disappointed.

Had a minor mixup with my pick-up order, only noticed when I got home. Tried to call them to sort it out, but when they answered they put me straight on hold, then about 5 minutes later, hung up without checking in on me.

Doesn’t matter how good your pizzas are if your service is Shocking!
2 hour + wait time to be told twice that my order was on its way, why lie? Why not just cancel the order and refund? Greed!
