The food and service were fine. The restaurant had two large groups with children, and their loud noise made the evening uncomfortable. I will go there again and hopefully it'll be quieter.

The food was so yummy and customer service was excellent. Will be going again it's my new favourite.

I came here for the first time last night and the vibe inside was great. All the staff were running around and the people that served me were very friendly. I got home with my pizzas and my boyfriend took it upon himself to eat the rest of mine, so I cracked it and went and got another one. Despite a busy Friday night, the young girl on the front counter remembered me. She was lovely. And after an average day it felt nice to be remembered! In hindsight I didn’t need another pizza but it will make good lunch today. Pizzas were ready in the time frame explained on the phone. Very yummy, great vibe and great service. Was fun to watch the pizza chefs flipping dough. Traditional little place. Will be back:)

I recently enjoyed a fantastic meal at Portorosa for a Birthday, (if you ask they'll play the birthday song for you) where I ate their BBQ Chicken Pizza. The pizza was nothing short of amazing! The flavors were spot-on, and the generous serving size was impressive.

While the location might not be the most picturesque, the authentic Italian experience created by their delicious dishes and large portions more than makes up for it. A must-visit for pizza lovers seeking an authentic Italian taste.

Casual eating place. They don’t do a white based pizza but obliged when requested. Food is good but pastas esp the blackboard specials tend to be on the expensive side. Service is attentive

Lovely place to spend an evening, great dinner and desserts on offer, big tables and able to accommodate big groups.

Love my Italian food & I have dined at many highly rated Italian restaurants in Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane. This place tops anywhere I have dined in Australia. The food is the best, & the staff even better! Even my grandchildren loved it! It's a 40 minute drive for us to get there but we'll worth it & we will be making that drive many more times in the future. Bellissimo!

I bought my aunt and her daughter from Melbourne, with all the family. I lived in the area for years and have never been so will come back.

Came here tonight, for my sons 21st. Was impressed with the food, but service was exceptional. Everyone was very attentive, could not fault anything. Definitely recommend.

Always enjoy our nights at Portorosa. Fantastic friendly service and the TJ pizza is sensational!

Very disappointing! We acknowledge the restaurant was busy, however after waiting for almost an hour with no staff checking in on us and watching tables who ordered after us be served their meals. It was time for us to leave.when we did ask how much longer the response was “it’s cooking”. Certainly not returning. No customer service except an apology as we we’re leaving.

I ordered a Veal dish. It was certainly NOT Veal and was as tough as old boots. Never again will I eat here!

Lovely staff, great food, good service. Yummy mussels, great salads and the grilled seafood platter was very enjoyable. The only thing I can fault by a tiny mark is that the place is due for an upgrade on the toilets, the walls and the outdoor lighting. Parking can get a bit busy right in front of the restaurant but there is overflow parking nearer the City Farmers.

We have been here a few times and always enjoy it. Good food, warm atmosphere and friendly service.

Very busy, but they were handling the crowd. Ordered 3 pizzas, all good, but left the pineapple off the h and P. Maybe it's an Italian thing, not sure. Staff were great.

Made me wait almost an hour for my delivery order to be made just for them to cancel the order. There was about an hour and 20 minutes until the store closed. If you weren't able to take my order, why accept it and make me wait so long then cancel it? Kind of ruined my family's night tbh. Foods good though. Just unhappy with that.
