Instead of blaming a cleaning company for not do the cleaning properly maybe you Samantha should ask your tennant first on what he asked us to clean. He was only wanting tiled areas clean that was it. You sent him a email saying he needed to get the cleaners back if he had paid us to do the job and do it properly. Well we were NOT ASKED TO DO WHAT YOU HAVE LISTED FROM THE FINAL INSPECTION.

Overall a satisfactory experience
Kristie was a competent agent and our experience was generally positive. Kristie demonstrated good communication throughout the process and kept us well informed throughout.

We were not entirely happy with the initial 'valuation' accuracy as we ended up settling for a figure less that what was originally 'guaranteed' by Kristie. We also feel as though some issues with the house could have been identified earlier had a thorough inspection taken place, and included in the sale contract- resulting in some last minute stress and financial outlay.

Absolutely disgusting real estate agents, completely incompetent and unqualified. We own properties and have rented through other agencies and have never received such appalling service. Should have known that numerous issues would arise after the first day when I picked up the keys and they were incorrect to the rental property. Please also note the owner is just as responsible for causing the issues. See below to just some of the many incidents we had with them:

- incorrect keys
- house unclean when moved in
- garden given with weeds and overgrown yet cleaned and paid for gardener and no thanks given
- condition reports not given after inspections
- months to address black mould
- owner cleaned black mould (not professionally cleaned)
- owner entered property without consent
- form from REIWA issued, no concern given
- late messages every Monday when rent was already paid (automatic messages however you should hire the accounting person to come in earlier or turn off system)
- handy man/maintenance entering property with less than an hours notice given
- late response to emails

There are more to advise than this that are particular to the property however I won't go on. Please do not give them your business, they are not worth your time, effort or money.

We purchased a house through Porter Matthews Kristie and Ray due to Covid somethings were little slow but because of the patience of everyone concerned it was a great result and everything they promised was done professionally and on time thank you.

An absolute gentleman…
Met Alex as he was the sellers agent when we purchased our home. Right from the start he treated us with a great deal of respect and was extremely honest and transparent throughout the entire process (something I have not seen from a real estate agent before). We also noticed he would reply to emails and send documents well outside of normal hours (often late at night) to ensure everything was completed well ahead of time and went smoothly. What you see is what you get with Alex and we were extremely happy with him throughout the entire process of buying a home. Based on our experience, he would be our first and only choice when we need an agent.

Stayed in a Property for 54 months in Seville Grove and after three lease renewals we had nothing but issues once we informed that we were buying a new home. 3 Routine Inspection Reports in the last 54 months of stay, the 3 being the last three. Used cleaners recommended by the Agent and paid $1000 and got asked why I left it untidy for the cleaners by showing before cleaning photos. Made me to paint walls and even moulds in bathroom due to rain as I needed extension for 2 months as my new build got delayed. Now the painting is substandard and will be charged for everything including additional cleaning charges, painting, replacement of toilet seats totaling for more than $2000.
Tenants - Please ask for routine inspections report and ensure all photos are taken over time as what doesn't seem big can be an issue when you move out
Investors - Please ensure you review your inspection reports as most likely you are getting charged but the PM is least bothered about the property if they have long term tenants.

Outstanding Professional Service.being in lockdown in NSW Kristie and the team sorted everything from having our property painted, floor sanding and even rubbish removal. Our lives have been a nightmare and Kristie just went 110% out of the way from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone selling a home!

They take people’s bond and don’t give it back with no reason to keep it.they lie and muck you around, they don’t respond to emails.
