I've purchased many note book computers from Portacom over the years. The notebook computers are setup, prepared and checked as part of the purchase agreement making for a hassel free experience. In addition their after sales service is excellent. Highly recommended.

We have been purchasing business products here for years and have been extremely happy.

Charged for a job they could not fix. Took over 4 weeks with no correspondence re progress. Would not recommend and will certainly not be going back.

Have since spoken to other IT companies, including interstate, who advised they would have sent a client straight to their work IT department/supplier to try find the bitlocker code, opposed to trying pointless exercises for 4 weeks; they would NOT have charged for the job.

I have been very pleased with the service and assistance provided by Portacom. I had left the laptops at the repair depot for a considerable amount of time while waiting for updates from the users about the quotes.
During this time, the staff were very patient and helpful while waiting for any kind of update. Once the quotes were decided upon, the repairs were completed very quickly and updates provided.
I am very happy with the service provided.

They replaced the faulty keyboard on my laptop. It was a difficult job & they completed it on time with no hassles.

I dropped my wife's Acer laptop off o the way to work with a power issue. I received a call before lunch to advise issue had been found and sorted. The final price was better than I had budgeted for and they had upgraded the OS to the latest version.
Second time I have had repairs done by Portacom and both were great experiences.

Outstanding After sales Excellence and Care experienced from Portacom's Director Neil Hancock after the Lenovo I purchased from Portacom 5 years ago would not load windows. The phone conversation and subsequent in store discussion we had left me feeling very happy in my time of need.
The computer was repaired in good time. I never compromise on quality when it comes to computer needs, that is why I always trust Portacom.

Not bad. Helpful but also too pricey. Guess it's for the top shotters from the City. I came from the suburbs. Drove 50 mins from Byford because a friend recommended me so obviously was disappointed.

We are very impressed with the sales & service at Portacom which is a local West Australian company. Neil has been very helpful and given us plenty of good advice. The Tech department has also been great.

The folks at Portacom were fantastic - quickly provided a quote based on full replacement of the laptop screen, then said they would take a look before confirming the order. They discovered an easier fix and the laptop was returned with a fully working screen the same afternoon. Happy customer!

Nice in store staff but my laptop was returned with a big scratch on it. When I spoke to the boss on the phone, no responsibility was taken, guy tried to blame me://

I got a second harddrive installed in my laptop and was happy with the price and service until I collected it and noticed they had left very deep scratches across both my webcam and the bottom of my laptop. After calling them to ask about it, I was told there was no way the scratches could have come from them and that was it. The scratches are so deep and my webcam is now ruined. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Great friendly service and really helped me out. The kind of place we need to see more of in high-streets, not less.

I brought my laptop in to get hinge and the back cover replaced, they did a quote and fixed it for the price of the quote which was a good price

Just called to see if they fixed All-In-Ones.

Spoke to the chap on the phone for a fair amount of time, for him to tell me that the issue is possibly Windows 10 1809 and NOT the All-In-One. He has given me several options to try.

Fantastic service. I used to deal with Portacom 20+ years ago when I was working for Accounting Practises in West Perth, they were brilliant then. Nice to see nothing has changed. Unfortunately I'm too far from them to deal with them on an ongoing basis now. But. Great service today.
