From the arrangement and advice on pet cremations through to the handwritten condolence card was so thoughtful and compassionate and it really helped in that difficult time.

Have been waiting since August 2022 to get a follow up for my dog, who needs a skin tag removed. Had a sample taken from a lump under the tag, which cost over $200, results were inconclusive. Called the clinic 3 times to try to speak with a vet regarding skin tag removal.no response! I paid $200 for nothing and will now look at taking my dog elsewhere!

This is an excellent vetinary service. All of the staff are wonderful and caring. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Also fees are inline with standard vet fees. I highly recommend them not matter the animal or reason, from annual shots to emergencies.

Dr Mark is a gem! He gets down on the floor with my dog and makes sure she's comfortable before starting any examination or treatment. A very caring and gentle man.

My dog Basil is all wags when he visits Pt Kennedy Vets, Dr Nicole is a passionate animal lover, her compassion for animals shines through her consultations and interactions with our Beagle, Basil. The hospital understand our anxious boy and always make an effort to make him feel safe and loved. We are part of the well-being program and find this reasonable in cost and good value for money, adding discount to our visits procedures and products. Thanks again to the wonderful team, who continue to support us as Basil enters his 11th lap around the sun.

I was recommended here by someone on Facebook for my dogs epilepsy treatment after a bad experience with another local vet who didn't seem knowledgeable on canine epilepsy at all. Port Kennedy blew me away with their care and customer service! Great communication, regular check-ups and very thorough explanations and helpful advice that has been a breath of fresh air in a very stressful few months with an epileptic dog. Beautiful vet clinic and a big shout-out to Olivia for her on-going support. She is great!

Bad grooming service. Was also told they wouldnt use any scent sprays on him due to his allergies but they use those as well. They also didnt dry him properly, we ended up drying him off at home.
