We ordered a washing machine and they provided same day delivery. Travis was an absolute trooper in helping get it in the laundry. Will certainly be our number one place to go for appliances moving forward!

Always has a good range, cheaper prices and immediate delivery, great staff, always polite and if something is not in stock they will order it straight away so you aren't waiting weeks for it to arrive.

The customer service in this store has been second to none on the 3 times I have been in there since moving from the East. Exceptional team who have been extremely obliging, courteous and happy. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

This morning I visited this store with two little ones in tow. Although they were little balls of energy, the staff were welcoming, helpful and overall made my experience enjoyable. Special shout out to Mark who provided outstanding customer service and managed to provide me with great pricing on an LG product along with useful information. I needed a dishwasher. Got a lot of good advice and a great price. Very happy. The shop looks smaller than most electrical stores of its type (Harvey norman etc.), but is full of stuff inside. I will shop here in future.

Very helpful staff. Not pushy and honest in their opinions. Was after a 65' TV and they have me a better price than jb's would do and they have free delivery atm! They were also open on the Sunday. Cheers guys.
