Popped in to organise a little posy for a 50th wedding anniversary vow renewal ceremony. So lovely. Thank you for making the day even more special for a lovely older couple. As someone who knows nothing about flowers or how things are done re bouquets, I was so thrilled to have the help and advice/recommendations. Fairly priced and really well presented. Thanks heaps

They close way earlier than the advertised time. This is on multiple occasions. Not happy.

Was in the area on Thursday for a specialist appointment, we live in the country about 3 hours drive from Perth. I stopped by Poppy’s florist with my two sons after my youngest son had pointed out all the pretty flowers in the store so he asked to go inside and look. There were so many gorgeous flowers, his favourite were the roses and the orchids. Poppy’s staff were really amazing, they noticed my son admiring the flowers so they gifted him a white rose and a bouquet of four red roses that weren’t able to be sold as they had minor imperfections, I was in awe at their kind gesture and they absolutely made my sons day, he was so happy to receive real roses. We now have them in a vase at home and he admires them daily. Such a kind and sweet gesture and something we will remember for years to come. Thank you Poppy’s. We will definitely be coming back, now I know which florist I shall go to when gifting flowers- Poppy’s. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist and I’ll be telling all my family and friends about Poppy’s too. So much love, respect and appreciation for this business. I was really excited to purchase a bunch of poppy flowers as a treat to myself, a friend recommended me to go to Poppys. I purchased a bunch of poppys at $40 (which was very expensive for the bunch, however was told they had come in from Japan). Of the 25 stems I received, only 5 flowers bloomed with the rest already wilting and dying by the third day, something i've never experienced when purchasing poppies. I reached out to the poppys team asking for any post care tips with a 'read' message and no response back. Very dissapointed with the lack of customer support.

Lovely flowers but really disappointed in one of the staff members. Have been in twice, and both times she has been bad mouthing previous customers, quite openly and loud. Did not feel welcome, and felt quite judged, only imagining what she would say about me once I left the store. However the blonde haired staff member was lovely, thank you!

The girls at Poppy's did a wonderful last minute job on a small dried flower arrangement that turned out a treat. Great service!

Amazing service! I had to bring my wedding forward and had called around all morning to organise a bouquet. Shelly made it feel like no hassle at all and last minute put together the most perfect bouquet, exactly what I was hoping for! Made my day feel so much more special with the beautiful flowers I was holding! Thanks so much!

I've been a recipient of beautiful Poppy's arrangements in the past and was always happy with what I ordered from Poppy's until now. I requested some peonies to be included in a delivery for a friend, unfortunately only one was included and the arrangement was ordinary looking. I left a message on Facebook. Milly promptly responded and arranged for Brooke to call me and "definitely sort something out" for me. Unfortunately Brooke did not offer anything more than an explanation of why I only received one peony - the "peonies are heavy. " Which contradicts the fact that when I placed my order she agreed I could have multiple peonies with other items in a posy. Brooke simply demonstrated that I was overcharged. I messaged Milly on Facebook again advising my disappointment and 3 weeks later her silence is deafening.
Especially in these uncertain COVID19 times, flowers are a discretionary spend and I will be spending elsewhere.

Quick decision had to be made and the team at Poppys were quick to respond with wonderful floral suggestions. We were absolutely delighted with the arrangement!

Extremely disappointed. I received a posy from Poppy’s Flowers on Saturday for my birthday. It was from my sister, currently overseas, who ordered it via Poppy’s website. The posy arrived, approximately 30cm in diameter, with 10 stems of fully opened garden spray Roses, 5 stems of Tuberose and about 10 stems of Camellia leaves. It was pretty but by no means fresh, and poorly constructed. By Sunday night, rose petals were starting to drop. On Monday the roses were wilting, had lost their petals or starting to shrivel and by Tuesday whatever was left were brown, shriveled and dead. Only the Camellia and Tuberose were looking presentable. As a former florist with three certificates in professional floristry and 10 years experience working in the business, I was shocked and appalled that a florist that claims to be Perth oldest and finest florist shop would send out a bouquet of such poor quality. But I was horrified and angry when I found out my sister had spent $100 plus delivery on a “seasonal posy bouquet” where the majority of the flowers didn’t last three days! I sent photos to my very disappointed sister, who is planning on sending a complaint. I really hope the owner of Poppy’s Flowers does the right thing and gives my sister a refund for the bouquet and a sincere apology for the disappointment on a special occasion. I’ll keep you posted!

Ordered roses for Valentine's. Quite expensive and wanted usual quality.
Roses arrived on time but were fully opened, ones dead already basically a day later. Decorative greenery had some broken stems meaning dead leaves hanging off. Other guy at office had similar experience. That said, "Romantic Bouquet" another guy ordered was quite lovely. Seems quality is hit and miss. Disappointed.

Flower arrangement ordered to cheer up child in children's hospital. Order placed too late (3.11 pm) for delivery that day but agreed to deliver first thing next morning. Child discharged at midday day and flowers not delivered. Parents returned next day to collect 24 hour old flowers. Unsympathetic response to complaint. Very disappointing.

Thank you for accommodating my early morning request. The roses are spectacular and the perfect gift! And you put up with my little toddler terror.

I wanted some special flowers on the anniversary of my Mother's death. Went to Poppys. Lillies were $10 a stem. At Subiaco farmer's market they are $10 a bunch and Taylor road $25 for four stems. They added some tired looking roses. A $70 arrangement looked very ordinary and not special at all. I will never return.
