Pooltime

Ordered a pair of 0-rings. Said there would be some delivery time delays because it was a small order. Got a call the next day to pick them up. Fast and great service.

Fantastic effort from Leigh and Kirk to fix my 20 year old pool light. 6 visits including 2 from Kirk who refused to walk away without the light working. Very testing moments through the troubleshooting but both remained cool and patient until the problem was solved. Thanks boys, I know where to go when the next part of my pool falls apart:)

Wow! Just WOW! I’m so incredibly impressed with the hard work and follow up service from Pooltime, I can’t recommend them highly enough!
They took a swampy, smelly, mozzie infested pool that had been left sitting for years and with seriously hard work, turned it into a crystal clear oasis just in time for summer!
Massive shout out to Blake! The man behind the scrubbing brush-not a small job!
But the follow up is what I’m over the moon about. Follow up calls, visits & equipment making it effortless for someone who’s never had a pool before, and the big winner is they are so reasonably priced, even a single old girl could afford it!

Pooltime in belmont has always been extremely helpful for me over the years. Kirk is always fantastic together with the other staff. I've never had any bad experience with them whatsoever. I regularly go in there and get my pool water checked and they always confirm details of my pool before checking. They have a wide variety of products available should you need any pool or spa chemicals, equipment and so forth. They also do equipment repairs. I have only recently have my pool controller box replaced and they gave me excellent advice before choosing the right controller box and fitted it within a day and works perfectly. The store is fairly small however don't let that put you off. Prices are a little higher for products such as chemicals and equipment compared to other places but personally I don't mind paying the slightly higher price for the great service. Highly recommend pool time in Belmont
