Brilliant service from these guys. They have been caring for my pool for years. I have tried quite a few different pool maintenance people out there before Poolmart but no one cares and looks after my pool like Poolmart. Recently I had the heater pump and robot vacuum cleaner both die. These guys came out to look and advised I only needed to repair each item and not buy new equipment.
Their honesty saved me around $4,000. I won't go anywhere else.

Steve, Darren and the team at Poolmart were excellent to deal with during our recent pool heater and pump installation. Due to issues beyond their control, the installation was delayed, however Steve went above and beyond to ensure everything was done as quick as humanly possible. This included working weekends, after hours and public holidays to get it done. Throughly happy with the service and product received and will happily recommend them to anyone looking for a heater - in fact, we have already referred a few friends. Thanks team!

I had to purchase a new salt cell & controller. I got good advice on what to buy. Unfortunately due to shipping logistics the parts were delayed but I was supplied with free chemicals to keep the pool safe to swim. When the part finally arrived it was faulty which meant waiting again for replacement parts to arrive. I was kept informed the whole time & the staff were genuinely disappointed in the parts not working first time around. Everything is working fine now, so thanks to the Poolmart team for dealing in a professional manner, taking ownership & ensuring this was closed out.

I had Steve install a new pool system at my place. From day one to now he has been the easiest bloke to work with! Any question are not to hard or too dumb. Quality all the way to the end!

We have been customers at Joondalup for 6 years. Last year, we replaced our pool. We had a new pool incorrectly installed. The installers were not very helpful when contacted regarding the ph sensor giving some funky readings, resulting in constantly swinging ph levels and plenty of dollars spent on chemicals. After a few months of getting messed around, I spoke with Steve. Steve offered some initial advice, and once I provided photos, identified the issue. Steve then engaged with the manufacturer of the system to confirm that installation was incorrect. With all the information gathered by Steve, we were able to have the installers rectify the fault.

On top of all this, the entire team is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to pool maintenance.

My Chlorinator decided to die 9 days out from Christmas. The pool was green! I called Poolmart as I spoke to them a few weeks back about something else and the person I spoke was great.

So I called them this morning and spoke with Darren. He was fantastic. I emailed him some photos and within 10mins had a quote, within a few hours the work was done. I thought I would have to wait until the new year!

The technician that came our was great too. I have forgotten his name though. He was a wealth of knowledge and helped me out with a few other things too while he was here.

All in all very happy and will my new pool shop going forward.

I approached Poolmart Joondalup for assistance with a few problems with the clarity of our pool because our current service provider was unable to solve the issue after being with them for 5 months. After speaking with Darren in the Poolmart Joondalup store and getting some sound advice, I decided to book a service with them to get a second opinion. Geoff came over a couple of days later to take a look and within 5 minutes he knew what the problem was. He added 2 bottles of floculent, left us with a couple of instructions and said he would be back in a couple of days. He did, and performed a thorough vacuum and general service and for the first time since moving into our home 5 months ago we have a sparkling clean pool. Needless to say, we have booked an ongoing service with Geoff and have said goodbye to our previous provider. Thank you Darren, Geoff and team from Poolmart Joondalup.

The team at Poolmart Joondalup have been fantastic with their advice and help. I recently needed to replace my entire pool cleaning system, and I received the very best of assistance from Darren. He provided me with 3 different set-up quotes from a basic system through to a very high end system of variable speed pump, filter, and chlorinator. I chose to go with the high end system and it was all installed straight away (just prior to Xmas). Steve then came out specifically to talk me through how it all works and helped me to set up the new in-pool cleaner as well. Great work guys!

I engaged Steven and the Poolmart Joondalup team to help me with some issues I was experiencing with my pool filter, solar system and pumps.
As a swimming pool novice I really appreciated the advice that Steven provided and the time he took to explain things so I could understand.
