Pollito Chipotle Grill

Service was quick, efficient, and friendly. Staff were kind and helpful, and the food was fantastic, fresh, and relatively cheap. I'll definitely come back next time I'm at UWA.

The food is terrible, I had burrito, burrito bowl, loaded nacho and all of them were far from delicious, why does the nacho have kidney beans in it! Even the guacamole wasn’t good and I can’t taste the lime in it, I didn’t like the taste of the chicken with the chipotle sauce it doesn’t taste fresh, I hope I see improvement in the taste of the food

Food is frequently missing from takeaway orders at this restaurant.

Tonight a burger was missing. Called restaurant who claim they have photographic evidence of two burgers in the bag which was then sealed. They suggest Uber driver must have taken it.

Now this bag arrived to us also sealed. Stapled, with no fresh staple holes. So how did the Uber driver remove it?

The photo obviously doesn’t prove the burger remained in the bag before the bag was sealed.

We have many orders delivered by Uber, with many different drivers, and this issue seems to be peculiar to this one restaurant.

So read into that what you will.

Had the chicken Burrito. You might as well go upstairs to IGA and get yourself an Old el Paso kit and make it yourself, will taste way better.
Considering Zambero is 5 out of 5 in terms of taste and quality. This was completely sub par in comparison.

Food is delicious loyalty program/app is really good too, and will keep me coming back for more!

I got the chicken quesadilla and added corn chips and guacamole. 100% recommend. Would be good with the vego option too I reckon.

Pollito has the best chicken in Perth! Always cooked to perfection and flavoursome. Excellent sides too, chips are always delicious and love the corn esquites

I would die 1000 times over for the bean burrito with sour cream and chicken salted chips inside! Best burritos in the whole entire world!

Their corn was off and they still served it I understand it’s not the most important dish on the menu, but serving expired food isn’t funny (or corny for that matter)

Not only is the food tasty and good quality, but it's also inexpensive.the staff are lovely, and polite.

Not enough sauce, you get a tiny serving and need to pay extra for more even for dine in. Compare this to Nando's where there is unlimited sauce in dine in.

What a disappointing meal we had tonight. My family came to grab a late dinner at 7.30pm. We have ordered Pollito on many occasions but tonight missed the mark big time. The tenderloins were so dry (inside and out), my son and I could hardly swallow them. The sauce was non-existent. Our chips were soggy and cold; no doubt because they were cooked at least 10 mins before we received the rest of our order. Perhaps a bit less fiddling with the sound system, singing, dancing and chattering among the staff and we may have enjoyed a meal reminiscent of those we’ve had in the past.

Generous serves, tender moist chicken, and unbelievably good chips. Great service from the staff too!

Had high hopes with the rating. Sadly disappointed.
Since when is a Burrito mainly rice? Ordered two, one std and another with guac and other stuff.
Both just full of rice, with good stuff in the ends.
Go elsewhere.

Was very pleased with the food and customer service. Thank you to the guy who quickly cleared the table for us so we could move:) The only down sides about the food were that the burrito had too much rice filling and the “garlic rice” didn’t really have much of a garlic taste for me. Other than that, chips were cooked & seasoned to perfection and chicken was yummy and moist!

Man, the burrito was actually insanely good. The amount of filling was perfect, and the structural integrity of the burrito unparalleled. I have only two regrets: not coming here earlier, and not ordering two burritos. I'll be back soon though.

Loved the flavors. The piña picante chicken burger was delicious the chipotle fries didn’t have as much flavor as I’d have liked. Maybe more salt or something would’ve helped but I just dipped them in the chipotle mayo and over all I liked it a lot. They have daily specials that seem like a decent bargain.

They have esquites which is something I miss from Mexico so much so I’ll have to try it next time to see how it measures up! Staff was friendly, great fast food!
