The staff member was asking too many direct personal questions about our jobs so we figured he is trying to see how much money he can get out of us instead of what we were actually after. Thanks but no thanks for the service. Otherwise Politix always has great quality clothing

Amazing experience with Matt at the DFO Perth store.

I had left getting a suit for a funeral to last minute however Matt patiently assisted me with various ideas until I found the right match️

I didn’t even have to give him sizing, he took a look at me and matched me perfectly as if done by a tailor:)

I highly recommend Matt and this store, been a loyal supporter of Politix for several years and will continue to do so after todays experience:)

Elle who worked there yesterday was super helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

She spent good time with us as my husband wanted to buy an outfit for our wedding and Elle suggested some great combo of the tuxedo.

It was close to 6pm and she still did not hurry us, we apologised for the delay and ended up buying 2 jackets because of the good service provided.

WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Seem to get many groomsmen here which is great for business but if you’re a “singular” customer, be prepared to be ignored. Second time this has happened to me here.today being the last straw.
There were 2 guys working there (one had no mask on the whole time), both of them were attending to the 4 or 5 groomsmen at the register. I had a shirt in hand wanting to pay. After standing there for quite sometime, one of the employees asked if I wanted to try it on, I replied “no, I’m ready to buy it”. That was it, he just turned back to continue helping the other employee. I stood there for another 10 or 15 minutes at least. There was another lady customer waiting, we both looked at each other and rolled our eyes, amazed and annoyed that both employees were ONLY attending to the groomsmen and did not communicate anything to usIn the end I had to hand my shirt to one of the employees and told him if he can hold it for me and I’ll be back to buy it before I leave as I was running out of time. Funnily enough the female customer did exactly the same after me.
I didn’t go back as matter of principle. No “sorry about the wait” or “I’ll be with you shortly”.
Basic customer service and basic common courtesy was nowhere to be seen.
I used to love shopping at Politix but I refuse to support such poor service.

Karrinyup Store In-charge LANA is awesome and the the best! Absolute passionate about your needs and her attention to the customer service is incomparable.
Caitlin at DFO today, was also good.
The staff at Politix always make a difference.

A big thank you to Matt for his superb customer service. He gave constructive ideas on clothes matching and presented plenty of options. With a touch of fashion sense, I dressed up with very decent suit that my partner kept praising and praising (which rarely happened before).

Had the most amazing service by two young men in the DFO store last week. Also watched how they treated other customers and left the store feeling that my faith in customer service being restored!
The customer before me looked amazing in what was recommended to him and OMG a service person who actual gives real feedback.bravo lads!

I can't recommend this Politix enough! The tall gentleman who served me was beyond helpful (I went in for a shirt, and came out with a whole new wardrobe, that fits perfectly)
The shop is beautifully laid out, and the clothing available is oh so interesting! (With even better DFO discounts).
What I really liked is that I was made to feel really welcomed here, and not 'pretty womaned' like I have been in the past at other men's wear retailers
