Politix - Karrinyup Shopping Centre

I went there on black friday 2023, the blonde staff member was very rude and dismissive when we enquired about a blazer on sale and if they price match with online. She behaved in a manner that was demeaning and we were beneath her.

The girls there should keep in mind that they are just the workers and not the owners of the place… So keep the attitude shut… Really disappointed with the behaviour…

So helpful and friendly staff. I got everything I needed for my dear daughters wedding - suit shirt, shoes and matching accessories in one stop one shop!

Bought a very nice coat from here. Can't remember the name of the girl who served me but she was fantastic. I'll be back for the chinos.

Lana helped us on Sunday purchase a suit for an upcoming wedding. She was amazing. Her advice and styling was brilliant and we walked away very happy.

Just visited in Karrinyup and dealt with an amazing young lady called Lana. She was absolutely brilliant at her job and knew exactly how to dress me for my business event on Saturday. I thought she was the store manager as her customer service and knowledgeable of her job was impeccable. Hard to find customer service like this these days. Thank you Lana:)

Experienced worst service.
Tried to exchange my shoes for the size but thye denied to exchange.

They don't deserve any star.
Do not suggest anyone to shop at Politix.

The reasons I shop at Politix Karrynyup are the convenience, easy access, stress free shopping experience. But the main reason I keep coming back is the friendly, understanding and professional service I always get from Keturah. She's the best! Thank you! Mick

Went into the karrinyup store today. I had Lana help me. She was extremely helpful and she had great advice for different options. She's a credit to Politix.

Terrible Customer Service

Had a suit sizing in store at Politix Karrinyup for a wedding.

A total of 6 suits were purchased by the groomsmen and groom.

No pinning or alterations were necessary as the whole party of groomsmen were having suits altered elsewhere.

The suit came in and was picked up to get altered.

Get to the alterations, put the pants on and they are already short, 2 inches above my ankle?

Take to Politix Carousel to change over (closer to home), who then tell me I can’t get them replaced because they appear to have been altered?

My wife then calls Politix Karrinyup, to iron the situation out, who at first agree to swap them over but later call back to tell her they can’t replace them because they have been altered.

Thank you Politix Karrinyup for a $169 pair of useless pants that would look like shorts on Bilbo Baggins.

I never find shopping for myself an easy task, especially when it comes to professional attire. I had gone into Karrinyup to look at what was available and the moment Sam approached me to ask what I was after, I felt in safe hands. He listened to what I was looking to achieve, and diagnosed the issue with providing solutions and options. A super nice guy who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I'll be shopping alot more at Politix because of the experience that Sam provided. Thank you Sam.

Karrinyup Store In-charge LANA was awesome and the the best! Absolute passionate about your needs and her attention to the customer service is incomparable. She did not ask you finish early or to leave the store as the closing time was up. She promptly followed up my requirement as well.
Today, I was serviced by Keturah who was also good.

The staff are very attentive and even though the store was busy Lana kept bringing different styles so I got exactly what I wanted

My fiancé and I came in last week and were blown away with how accommodating Keturah was. Having such a large wedding party, we were concerned on how we would make it all work, but were put at ease by the Politix team. Could not recommend enough. We are looking forward continuing to work together leading up to the wedding!

Thank you so much to Ketturah for your help today. It was so busy and yet the customer service we recieve was above and beyond, even when the size suit my partner needed was at another store. Next time we go suit shopping we are definetly going to Politix Karrinyup first.

We needed a black shirt very quickly to wear right away and the lovely girl in the shop steamed it for us on the spot she was super helpful very much appreciated.

I went looking to buy a suit and found the store Politix by accident while walking through Karrinyup Shopping Centre. Walked and was greeted by Ariahna a very friendly and happy young woman. Was extremely helpful and gave great feedback when I asked her opinion on what she thought looked better on me. It's hard to get great customer service these days but Ariahna was a breath of fresh air. I know where I will be going next time I need clothes. Thank you Ariahna.
