Pogo

Went to Pogo. Everything was amazing from to the food to the service. We.had the chips and hummus with the crispy chickpeas (amazing, best dip we have ever had), crispy potatoes (amazing!), the duck Borek (amazing again!), the lamb ribs (amazing, and my fave of the night) And the chorizo (amazingly great!). Long story short, everything was fantastic and we will definitely be back many more times!

Lovely staff and excellent service, combined with the most delicious middle eastern cuisine at Mt Hawthorns best kept secret. The hummus is a must try!

No service no music got four drinks at bottomless brunch only one staff member was able to get us drinks faster than our initial lengthy wait. Felt like they didn’t want to give us drinks so they could make money.

This was the worst bottomless I have been to. Lucky if I got 3 or more drinks within the bottomless brunch service. Took over 45 mins for the first round of drinks. Over 30 mins between each round following.
Staff were rude and didn’t care about the event we were celebrating.
I am coeliac and they told me “that it’s all gluten free” I then explained that’s not how it works, THE WAITER WALKED AWAY AS I WAS TALKING! Extremely rude, do not recommend if you have dietary requirements or are celebrating an event!
Overall, do not recommend at all! Go somewhere that the staff cares and want you to have a good time.

Very nice locale, but not worth the price. I went here for a bottomless brunch. The staff were not well coordinated and inattentive. We had to wait 30 odd minute between rounds on the “bottomless” drinks. Overall would not recommend as a brunch location - may be better to look elsewhere for your fix.

I don't recommend this place for bottomless brunch. We waited an hour before our first round of drinks arrived and an hour and a half before the entrees were served. On three occasions members of our party walked in to order more drinks and were advised to wait until a waitress attended to the table. When we were eventually served, we asked to order two rounds at the same time due to the exceptionally long wait, and were told no. We advised we had been waiting a long time to be served, and the waitress gave us a poor attitude and told us we could have addressed a server for assistance, which we advised we had, three times. We still were not able to order two rounds at a time. The mains were average, and not worth the lengthy wait time. Additionally, the lamb hummus did not come with pomegranate, as described on the menu. When I approached the waitstaff, they advised they were out of season, which is untrue. We were then advised (while we were mid drink) that would be our last round. A waitress 5 minutes later then asked if we would like to order a final round, so we of course placed our orders. We were then approached again 5 minutes later and advised we could not have a final round due to their "licence. " This does not explain why the non-alcoholic drinks were not able to be served. Overall a very poor, and frustrating experience, and I would not consider this bottomless.

Hubby and I visited Pogo for the first time last night for date night. The atmosphere was amazing. When we got our food, the presentation was fantastic and the flavours were to die for. We enjoyed every single bite.

Thanks for having us, Pogo. We are definitely coming back!

Tonight was our first time dining at Pogo, and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

We were a group of 8, and we didn't have to wait for our food.
We ordered a variety of dishes and were very impressed with the quality of the food and flavours. We couldn't fault any of it.

Shared dinner with three others. Excellent food and very pleasant staff. The new owners are lovely.

My husband and I came for dinner and ordered some dishes and drinks. We ended up with lemon, lime and bitters as wanted a glass of wine. Unfortunately you only sell by the bottle. Then wanted bourbon, which you did not sell. We ordered the lamb ribs, they were salty and really fatty. We ordered a vegetable dish. The vegies were overcooked and heavily seasoned with a salty mix. I love my spices and vegies, but that was over the top. There were a few dishes sold out. There was only 1 desert to choose from. I must have come on a horrible night, as half the dishes shown on this website did not look like any of those tonight. Also very over priced. I won't be coming again

Maybe it was an off night for Pogo but our group of six, who are usually pretty easy to please, were left very disappointed with the food and service last night. The $65 set ‘feed me’ type menu served up mostly vegetarian dishes which were ovecooked and not that tasty. Service was very slow - drink orders taking a long time and first dish (olives) served an hour after being seated…. Hopefully it was just an off night.

We celebrated my daughters birthday at Pogo for brunch today. The staff were attentive and welcoming which made the whole dining experience so pleasant. We ordered most items from the menu and everything tasted delicious and was well presented. We were seated outdoors which was perfect for the children as we could easily access the playground. Highly recommend this restaurant and will return in the future! Thankyou

Walking in to Pogo, had a relaxed ambience, neat & very clean. The new owner/manager & staff approached us right away with smiles.
We ordered 5 dishes which were all very tasty, full of flavours & lovely presented. We also enjoyed refreshing mocktails & a delicious baked ricotta dessert that had a mandarin, pomegranate topping which is a must to top it off. Thankyou Pogo, definitely recommend this restaurant.

Had friend birthday party here. Absolutely Love this place. Food and cocktails was yummy. Stuff were very friendly too. Will be back.

Great allergy and dietary friendly options. I have checked out Pogo twice. The first time the meal was fantastic and the service was great. Very accomodating for allergies.

Best bottomless brunch i’ve ever had.the waiters were ALL so friendly and the food was fantastic.not one person was dissatisfied.highly recommend for vegans as well, amazing cocktails too x

10/10 recommend! The service was amazing everyone was very welcoming! We chose the feed me option off the menu and so glad we did - not only was the food out promptly it was so tasty! The steak and potatoes were the standouts but all food that we had was delectable, the serving sizes was the perfect amount for the both of us! Definitely going back:)

Amazing food, great service and lovely atmosphere. Every dish was a taste explosion. A great experience for us and our guests!

Food was absolutely delicious - strong flavours and really tasty combinations.
Ordered a mix of dishes and everything came out as it was ready. Gluten free pita chips are really tasty too, as is the bread for finishing up all the tasty sauces.

The food was amazing, the cocktails were delicious and the service was faultless.
LOVE LOVE LOVE eating at Pogo and can't wait to go back for my next meal ️
