Had the pleasure to build with Matt & Jen in 2017. Nothing was any trouble all through the build. All they wanted was to build the house how you wanted it ensuring you got the best possible value along the way. Great people, great house. Wish they would build us another in Australind.

Our home, commenced in Nov 2010, was the first build for Pocock Building Company. We could not have asked for a better experience than that given to us by Jen and Matt. We were consulted in every aspect of the process and all our needs were met along the way, with all finishes to the highest quality. Their staff and contractors were respectful of our visits to the site.

Building with Pocock was a wonderful experience. The professionalism and customer service is A+. The quality of their work is like nothing I've seen. They bent over backwards to make sure we got the home we dreamt of, with materials we loved, not a cookie cutter house with only 3 options for everything. I can't recommend Jenn, Matt and the team highly enough.

Good honest service and house was finished when told it would be. Any issues that arose we satisfactorily dealt with. House was finished to an overall high standard.

Pocock Building Company is extremely well organised.
As things needed to be done all materials were on hand and ready for the tradies. Our house was built in record time. The various managers, whether Jen or any other were most helpful with any inquiries we had.

We chose Pocock on local recommendation. So many tradies appreciated the quality Matt, Jenn and the team put into the things the client never sees. We got straight walls, no gaps, outstanding finishes and zero hidden extras. They liased with us constantly, were extremely organised and Steve helped us design the most incredible home we could ever imagine. Very happy customers here!
