Being a family that has had many regional residential properties in the Goldfield’s, the Southwest and Midwest and therefore having bought and sold many properties over the years I cannot recommend him highly enough, his calm and professional manner kept us on track. Our most recent purchase acreage in the Avon area was so difficult due to the incompetence of the real estate agent selling and the belligerence of the previous owner it became a very difficult situation, this with also selling our townhouse in the Foothills and getting everything to line up after the Christmas New Year period. Sam dealt with all the issues including negotiations regarding serious structural defects with poise, professionalism and integrity. If we could give him 10 stars we would.
