Plus Fitness Mount Lawley

Have been a member at Plus Fitness Mt Lawley since inception and have always been very happy thrre. First time back today after holidays following their renovations.

Whilst the gym looks fresh and pretty following the renovations, it's disappointing to see the removal of bicep curl and tricep extension machines which I used on every visit. Not everyone wants to use free weights for these exercises.

They also now have multiple machines for some exercises like last pulldowns but kicked the bicep and tricep machines to the kerb.

You've turned a happy member into a very disappointed one.

Amazing gym, absolutely brilliant since the recent refit.great atmosphere and amazing team.i jumped across while goodlife is closed and am not going back.

Is there a reason why the door is always open and there is no aircon? Extreemly gross and stuffy

From the Amazing people to the Great atmosphere, Mount Lawley Plus fitness is a great way to start your fitness journey.

This gym is essentially everything one could possibly need from a gym, from a wide array of machines as well as more than enough free weights allowing you to train for quite literally anything. Extremely friendly staff and a very welcome setting all around as well as ample parking to suit all your needs. Shout out to Emily for making this one of the friendliest gyms in Perth.

The gym is an amazing place and is very welcoming with very good equipment personally id recommend anyone to apply for plus fitness

Very clean and tidy gym, that includes the facilities and equipment (two thumbs up for that), wide range of machines and equipment to work out, just a bit small the functional area but still ok.

Very lovely environment and the staff are even more lovely and very friendly to all including newcomers. Shout out to Emily who was incredible in general and was very sweet:)

I've been working with Vincent Romeo here over the past year - he has helped me to resolve long term chronic neck and back pain. His expertise in movement has helped me gain stamina and confidence that I had lacked for years.

I have been working with Vincent Romeo for the past 3 months, 2 times a week specifically on movement and getting my general strength back. During this time without any change to diet i saw a 4% bodyfat loss, 11cm off my waist and my body shape starting to change for the better. Moving into phase 2 i am confident i have the solid foundations to be making real gains with a proper diet in place and proper technique. This is all possible because the approach that Vincent takes when working with you, Safety first, and make small steps consistently to achieve long term success. The Gym is also very clean and just a genuinely good gym to go to, all the Staff are super helpful and friendly.

Hey guys just wanted to share my experience with staff. Visit around 8 Jan 22 11.30am to join gym staff was rude, they don't know how to deal with customer.he didn't show me gym neither intro about the weekly price.offer and straight away asking my detail address mobile, address and dob.when I ask about offer and told him as a example that snap offering 1 months free he answered me " them why you came here" sounds like I m wasting his time.honestly I wanted join fitness plug as I was member in morley gym.letting you know I was keen to join if fitness plus if they know customer service.afterward I visited snapdeal they are 10/10 in customer gym tour, free pte and also group session.

Plus Fitness in Mt Lawley is a friendly, well-equipped and clean gym. In the past I've found gyms to be intimidating, however all of the trainers and staff at Plus are lovely, warm and approachable.

I'd like to especially give a shout to PT Vini Romeo! He's an incredibly encouraging, enthusiastic and supportive trainer and has helped me with general fitness as well as rehabilitation.

Always super clean, staff are always friendly. My PT Vini is always super encouraging and positive. Would recommend both the gym and Vini to any newbies like I was!

I'm really glad I chose to join this gym. The team are brilliant, very welcoming and the atmosphere between all the members is really light.
The equipment is clean and really high quality.

Just had a very frustrated experience. Called the gym I’m the morning - no answer. Checked staffed hours and came after work to purchase membership. Was completely ignored by the lady at the reception, had to wait 30 min and listen to her conversation about everything in the world with two other women. I kept waiting, but after she asked them: ‘how long have you guys been dating? ’ It became too much, I just walked out and never going to come back to this chain. Working in customer service myself, it is extremely frustrating to see someone being so unprofessional, asking questions about dating and where they live etc, while another customer is waiting. The trainer who saw all of this tried to make it better and told me a bit about the gym but I wasn’t ready to wait for another hour till the receptionist finishes her conversation.

Great gym! Friendly and professional staff/management and welcoming training environment. Highly recommend.

Been to 5 other Plus Fitnesses. Certainly good amount of machines although they are a old compared to the other gyms. Main thing which lets it down is the lighting. Very dull and dark even when we went during mid day. Definitely prefer the Morley Plus which isn’t too far away

The best 24/7 gym in the Mt Lawley and surrounding suburbs area by far! Friendly atmosphere from the gym staff and patrons, and personal trainers who actually want to help you get better results.
Also a gym where lifting max weights is encouraged and not frowned upon!
