Great equipment and I'm liking the atmosphere.since I've been cleared of my rectal cancer I've started to work out to get rid of my post treatment fat.

Member for 4 years, very friendly environment, staff and members.
Highly recommend to all.

I've been in Plus fitness for 4 years and it has improved a lot ever since. It's alright for bodybuilders but great for people who loves fitness and for whoever wants to get better at everyday life.

I joined Plus Fitness Hocking in October last year and I’ve never been more impressed and satisfied with the Plus Fitness Hocking gym. Best decision I’ve made. If I could give them 6 STARS I would! The gym is always clear, AC is always on point and the equipment is excellent! Amongst all that the Staff and Personal Trainers at Plus Fitness Hocking are the Best! You always get Greeted with a smile and a hello as you walk into the gym. The Gym manager Grace is in league of her own! Grace is always around helping members with tips and making us all feel like the Hocking Plus fitness is a second home! If you are looking for a Gym with the best staff, energy and vibe Plus fitness Hocking is the gym to join

Gym is good put I wish I could control music levels when I’m only one in the gym so it does not scream club music in 3 am when I start training and this music is so loud u can’t hear ur own headphones.

Have been trying to call to find information on signing up to the gym but have failed to get through. Is the phone number on the website wrong? Or do you guys just not bother answering it

No i stand bye my rating thanks as I did try to call but could not get though and I did try so maybe if I could get though I would cancel it earlier and I asked to the management at the time about the music that was over the top even for deaf people and was told that the music was going to say so that was not the best but if u want me to put a 5 star I can if u want me to

Yes try answering the phone or returning phone calls to customers. My baby has been sick and I've been calling for three weeks now trying to put my membership on hold and no-one answers the phone and noone has called me back, first message was left on 8th and it's now the 23rd, still nothing.

All the necessary equipment, lovely atmosphere and polite staff! Cleaners do a good job. Aircon and water is nice and cold. However, I would appreciate one or two more hip-based machines

This gym has all the equipment you need and an amazing Club Manager Grace!
Wouldn't recommend any other gym then Plus Fitness Hocking.

Very disappointed when I went to cancel my membership and was made to feel very embarrassed and small, I was asked why I was cancelling I mentioned it was due to work getting busy. The lady said she wanted to hear a legitimate answer however I just ignored it. As she got the paper work ready for me to sign she asked if I was going to another gym I replied no her reply was so your not going to do anything and repeated it again. At that point I just wanted to sign the document and get out of there. Never have I felt so small and I would hate for anyone to be questioned and belittled like that. Who knows what other reasons people have and they should have to explain themselves.

Great small gym with a community feel and plenty of free classes for members. They really do care about their customers

Thanks to the support of Jackie, Ben, Paula, Kirsten and the club I've dropped from. 105 to 81kg. Always a positive place.

The staff are friendly and most of the people going to the gym are also, however the gym has got too many members and not enough space/equipment. It is starting to get a little hard for me to do the workouts I set out to accomplish.

Convenient location, great equipment. Manager is very customer service focused. This place sells nothing but access to the gym. Members only, no visitors, which is the way you want it. Last thing you need is a member bringing his mates and getting in the way when you're trying to concentrate on a workout. All the equipment is here and there are screens to view between sets.
