This gym has the best community I could ask for. The manager Kathryn greets everyone at the door with a big smile. The gym environment is very welcoming and great for lifters of all levels.

Personal Trainers and Staff are warm, friendly, inclusive, professional, with a fun and supportive approach that'll more than help you achieve your personal fitness goals.

I really enjoy the range of fitness classes from hiit, power, strength, boxing, boot camp and yoga which are all catered for all fitness levels.

Best way to kick start my mornings and feel energised for the rest of the day and like I said, by far the most affordable membership around for EVERYTHING you get out of it.

Great Gym, great staff. The club manager Marcus Carney knows his stuff, and is extremely helpful in fixing my technique in all the compound lifts and extra movements. The actual gym is not bad and is a good sizeable area and has everything one might need to either lose weight or gain muscle.

Marcus and his team are friendly, approachable and extremely helpful. The gym is conveniently located and always clean. Not as many big egos here as I've come across at other gyms and fair pricing. Not the biggest gym in the northern suburbs but had everything you need.
