Tried the coffee here twice now. Two from two excellent coffees. I was surprised for a rec centre cafe. Thank you to the slim lady with black hair working at 630am this morning

One of the worst places in Perth. Friends talk about how bad the service is here. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely appalled at the service today.
Firstly over charged as got the order wrong. Credited my bank card with the extra meal we hadn’t ordered, then didn’t bring the smoothie I’d ordered. Said it hadn’t been ordered! It had been paid for! Unless coffee is $15 for a mug.
When we went to ask for the smoothie, the guy on the counter, said couldn’t we see they were too busy to make it now! We’d been waiting half an hour.
He checked the order on the screen and saw the smoothie order.
Begrudgingly made it and thrust it at my daughter, no apology. An amazing display of absolutely terrible customer service.
We come to the ARC every Saturday, but won’t be giving them any more business.

Terrible cafe. Staff rude. Prices of coffee so expensive, because I need soy milk is astronomical, never been charged so much anywhere.

The food and drinks here are terrible, anyone that have been here would agree, but it's the only cafe in the arc. Could some other decent cafe owner take over this place, please please please. The veges smoothie is some weird tasting blended ice chips. Don't get fooled.
