Plumbing Bros Leederville - Headquarter

I am buying a propety and wanted the drain inspected. They sent out a guy who is really inexperienced, straight out of TAFE and when I asked questions kept saying "he doesn't know", "I am not sure why it smells".
They charged me $200 for 30mins. No reports and no invoice sent. Complete waste of time and money!

The GOOD - Very polite, receptive and on time. Unfortunately a power outage happened in our area when they arrived. OK reschedule for next day. I had a 25 minute online exam and sure enough, that's just when they arrived for the repair. They were done quickly.
The BAD - Then time to pay. I left a note that I'm not available so they called my wife who was working at a hospital. She was busy with patients so didn't have time to run the payment. Plumbing Bros receptionist became very insistent and said 'you knew you had to pay on site on the day'. She would not accept that either of us could pay in about 15 minutes. My wife got upset and so they have labelled us as abusive. A real shame as we had intended further plumbing work. Of course I paid the invoice as soon as it arrived to my inbox.
