Called out for blocked drain which was cleared, but the young tradesman’s pressure washer failed and time spent trying to fix it allowed a very large amount of fat solids and waste to flow across patio into our pool. My wife had to step in and hose clean down before more flowed into pool. She was forced to tell him never mind she will do it now.

We kindly emailed the business owner making him aware of event and countless hours spent trying to remove fat scum and waste from pool as a result. Along with asking for consideration to this in regards to the bill.

We had no response for over 2 months in which his reply was to blame my wife and my paving which has drainage along entire length. No apology or consideration at all.

Poor communication, poor job execution, no accountability.

Highly recommended! Well equipped and very efficient. These guys fixed problem straightaway whereas the other plumber we called before them didn’t resolve the issue despite multiple visits.

Michael from Plumbed Right unblocked my houses blocked drain. His equipment and knowledge was second to none. We previously had another plumbing company around only two days prior who said they had fixed the drain but it again blocked up.
Michaels high pressure water jetter cleared the drain and the camera inspection showed us exactly what the issue was.
Michael returned the following day and performed a drain reline of the problem area of sewer pipe.
We couldn’t have been happier engaging plumbed right and highly recommend them who needs their drainage issues sorted once and for all.
