I am an apprentice from Plumbdog Plumbdog an have learnt so much from James and Darius and am looking forward to continuing my apprenticeship with Plumbdog.

From the first call to Plumdog I received great Quality service. Jamie from Plumdog - Perth was very helpful & professional when arrived on site. Fixed our pipe leak quickly, checked hot water system, taps and flow. He provided an excellent and friendly service. Wld highly recommend Plumdog for your plumbing emergency or repair needs any day. Honest and upfront. Saved me a tonne of money. Second use of their service and will continue to use only their services. Booking was a breeze and they squeezed me in on short noticed despite the fact that they were busy. Great company, great staff.

Please, please do not call this company! Save yourself some money & call some other plumbing business. We were very unfortunate to have this business come out as there was no other plumbing company available at such short notice & we wanted our leak fixed asap. Firstly we paid for the leak detection of $653.38 which came thru on their thermal imaging device, so they removed the 4 lrge tiles in the shower then found there was no leak? So we paid another $653.38 (a surcharge was included) for a second detection at our expense & they finally found the leak on the other side of the house.
There was no apology or refund from the owner for the initial leak detection in the shower. We are now left with a horrible looking shower with 4 missing tiles. We cannot replace our tiles as they are now discontinued so we have to replace all our floor to ceiling tiles in the bathroom at our expense as our insurance company will not cover the costs.
Altogether Plumbdog charged us $2073.17 for so much distress & they had the audacity to refund us a mere $300 compensation! Which we didn't accept as that insulted us. Now we have to spend a few thousand dollars on our bathroom for new tiles etc.this has caused us lots of stress.
We have never dealt with such an uncreditable, disloyal, arrogant ruthless owner, he has no Empathy. I would never, ever recommend them to anyone!

Darius and Bailey were punctual, professional and workman ship was superb. Would highly recommend the plumbdog team.

James was professional and clearly well skilled in leak detection, he found the source of our issue very quickly. Would definitely recommend his services

I found Plumbdog Plumbing through a Google search as we had a water leak. Fran was very friendly and informative and booked a plumber to come in the afternoon. Darius arrived and was also very friendly and informative. He discussed the problem with us and fixed the leak in a very timely manner. We will definitely use Plumbdog Plumbing again.

$725 for 1 1/2hrs work and didn’t even find the leak.

Admin very unprofessional when i questioned the price, making up advice that contradicted what the plumber had said.
I should have done my research and not of trusted that plumbdog wouldn’t rip me off.
I since did research and called plumbdog to say that multiple plumbers said they believe a fair rate is $300 to $400 for leak detection and if they can not find it there would be no charge.

Plumbdog’s arrogant response was “well they’re not Plumbdog”
The same plumbdog that couldn’t find the leak.

These guys are superstars. I had a problem with gas main Atco disconnected me. Darian came out found the leak. Next day came back to put in HWS. Fran also went out of way to make sure the electricians could be there next day too. 1.5 days after my leak I had new system installed. Can't speak highly enough of them, always keeping you well informed of timeline and costs. I'll never use anyone else ever again and neither should you.

Great work by James. Showed up on time, did a great job explaining what needed to be done and was able to do the job the same day. The area was left clean after he finished. Very happy customer. Thank you, Ed.

Stay away from this company, they only after your money than their reputation.

We agreed and signed the contract for the service, but after about 10 min later, was told that we needed a new one, no point of servicing it.
Then making a phone call and getting quote for new system, took 1 HOUR in the van.
The bill came $300ish.

We asked why so expensive for the job that never happened ？

They answered 'because you agreed and signed the contract'
We argued but in the end the answer from them was 'obviously you wont get the sytem from us then？'

Why would we？you are not helping at all

So basically we had to pay 50% of the agreed fees in the end

Is that fair？？？
I dont mind paying the call out fee which is $99
That is fair, you came and checked.

But for the job that never happened and only gave us advice to get new one and just because we already signed the contract, we had to pay 50%？!

OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR REPUTATION AND ONLY AFTER EASY MONEY!

By the way, the quote we received from you was $1k more than the your competitors.very expensive

The positive experience about this company is your youtube contents are very eduvative, I learned a lot from it. That is the reason why I chose this company in the 1st place.

Darius came out and did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and ran through the repair and was always happy to answer any questions I had. Was also happy to repair my Bosch 10P instead of immediately suggesting a full hot water system replacement. Would highly recommend to friends.

I don't normally do reviews (this is my first) but the level of service I received this week has been faultless. From the first call to Fran to when Darius had located the problem (a burst water line under my concrete garage floor) and fixed it was the best 'tradie' experience I've had (on time, within quote and cleaned up afterwards and cheerful to boot).
