I joined PLC about a month ago seeking a new, motivating gym. This place has exceeded my expectations. Ive improved massively with my strength and fitness in just over a month. All the coaches are friendly and welcoming but know exactly how to push you to get the best out of your workouts.

The variety of class times and different class routines make it easy to suit your needs, and being 12 weeks postpartum it's the perfect place for me to workout and have bub with me the entire time.

Love PLC. Have really enjoyed the variety of classes they offer and since joining I can see a huge improvement in my technique and muscle tone. All instructors are super friendly and helpful. Would highly Recommend PLC Joondalup

Since joining PLC my fitness and technique have improved so much.
The sessions are challenging and with the help of the coaches they really encourage me to go out of my comfort zone, with their constant positive energy it’s never feels boring.
I’ve gotten stronger and more confident with my body I couldn’t recommend plc enough!

I can honestly say I've never come across more caring and attentive trainers like Tim and Duncan at PLC Joondalup. They’ve made me feel so comfortable and welcome at the studio from day 1 and have shown genuine compassion with the niggling injuries I have and always go the extra mile to make sure my form and technique aren't compromised, or to change up the exercise to accommodate me. It's been so refreshing to be in a group training class but feel like you're getting 1: 1 personal training! Studios and trainers like this are hard to come by and I feel very lucky that I’ve found a real gem

The coaches Duncan & Tim are always so friendly, welcoming and really care about your experience and results. They take the time to have one on one chats to get to know you which I think makes a huge difference with feeling like you are a part of the fit family at PLC. The atmosphere is always fun and motivating and the workouts are always a good challenge. The mix of both strength and cardio each day keeps it fun and motivating. Id recommend PLC to anyone who wants to challenge themselves or even get back to feeling motivated for training. PLC helped me to get back into my fit healthy journey again.

I’ve started training with PLC Joondalup for 6 weeks now and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each training session.
I’ve been particularly impressed with the combination of the trainers Duncan and Tim.
It doesn’t matter what day or who is running the workout, they are always on the same page and they always know where I’m at with my training.
I have already lost 6kg of fat and I’ve gained almost 5kg of muscle thanks to the encouragement, follow ups and well needed help with my technique.
I recommend PLC to who is looking in the area as it’s the personal touches that set them apart.

I started training at PLC Joondalup a few months ago, and I can’t believe the progress I’ve made under the guidance of Tim and Duncan! The sessions are challenging, fun, and varied so that it never feels repetitive/boring. It’s a great mix of strength and cardio during the week, which has let me really focus on what I want to train. I have an old injury that I need to manage, and this has been so easy because the coaches always give me alternatives to do in class. I can’t recommend this club enough!

Since joining PLC 2 months ago I have had a complete lifestyle change. I used to struggle going to the gym consistently and would not enjoy it or see any improvements after years. Now PLC is my second home, I train 5-6 times a week and you cannot keep me away! I’ve created new healthy habits, my mind is more clear and the kilos are starting to shift. I’m much fitter, going heavier in my weights every week and feel like I’m constantly pushing myself. Duncan and Tim truly take good care of you and make you feel like they are invested in your results with so much encouragement and support. Every session is different, fun and challenging and I cannot wait to see what the next few months brings

Such an awesome gym and environment to be in! Haven’t felt so comfortable and actually enjoyed my training in a long time.
Always encouraged to go at your own pace but also challenged and pushed out your comfort zone when needed!

I started at PLC 2 months ago and I have honestly loved every workout. The workouts are challenging and there is variety in every session. The coaches are amazing and so motivating whilst challenging you to push yourself out of your comfort zone. I have pushed myself further than I ever have before and can already notice both physical and mental changes. If you are looking for something new this is definitely the place to start. I went from avoiding exercise to starting everyday with a workout at PLC. I would recommend this to anyone!

After an injury, I lacked so much confidence in my strength and general fitness. Tim and the staff at PLC have helped me achieve so much including getting my strength back and gaining confidence in both the gym/life outside the gym. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of joining! You won’t regret it!

Highly recommend PLC Joondalup! The coaches, workouts and atmosphere are all fantastic. This club has given me the motivation I’ve been lacking and makes working out less of a chore

This place is just the best! I was feeling a bit uninspired doing my own workouts at a regular gym and at home so I decided to try PLC, it’s been 4 months now and I can’t believe I’ve waited this long to join. The coaches are so helpful and motivating, the workouts are challenging and the vibes are all round a great time. There are also mentors there to support you in your journey if you’re looking for something a little extra. I would recommend to anyone!

I have recently joined PLC Joondalup, it is a fantastic gym with a great atmosphere!
The instructors are warm and welcoming and always there to give you guidance. The sessions are always changed up keeping you challenged and motivated!

Can’t recommend PLC Joondalup enough! The coaches there actually care about who you are and your results and are always willing to help you smash your goals. The coaches always keep you motivated during the classes and constantly bring a positive energy every session. I’ve personally had the best 6 months with them and am excited to progress and achieve my goals in the future with their help!

I joined PLC as I was really struggling to motivate myself to go to the gym on.my own - I was bored of the exercising I was doing and really struggling to progress weight wise. The community is incredibly supportive and with the help of the amazing staff I've been able tp correct my form and am lifting heavier than ever!
