Recently joined inspired and could not be happier! Everyone is welcoming and the trainers are always there to provide support and feedback.

So happy with the progress I’ve made since joining with Inspir3d in July 2023! Almost 10kgs down on my fat loss journey for my 2024 wedding and I’ve had the best fun doing it in the most supportive and inspiring community. Thanks to Leah and the whole team xx

So grateful to have found PLC Balcatta after almost 2 years of struggling to get into a routine of consistent training. Leah and her team provide a supportive and welcoming environment which makes you feel right at home amongst the PLC family.

I absolutely love coming here! I started at PLC in September 22 with no idea what I was doing and honestly didn’t even think I would stick it out.

Leah really helped me be more accountable, and having a child herself was a shining example that being a mum isn’t an excuse to neglect yourself!

The coaches and the community are so helpful and I would not have expected to have achieved the results I have in what feels like such a short amount of time.

I couldn’t recommend PLC Balcatta enough to anyone wanting to start making themselves a priority.

I've been with PLC Balcatta for almost 6 months now and love it! Leah has created such an amazing, fun, social gym environment. Love going to my sessions here, great mix of weights and cardio catering for everyone. The coaches are amazing, helpful and fun! Other members at the gym are so welcoming, no egos, work at your own pace/skill level. Best gym I've been to in Perth! Keep up the good work guys! Jess T

Love this place. They have such supportive coaches. Love that they offer a range of group classes as well as an open gym at times.

I joined PLC Balcatta a few months ago after being encouraged to do so by my son.
As a woman in her early 60s I was a little concerned about training with weights and high intensity as it had been about 8 years since I’d done anything like it.
It has been a hugely rewarding experience from the very first session.
Encouragement is offered freely as are options to scale according to your needs on the day. There is no judgement from anyone and every gain whether big or small is celebrated by everyone. It’s a very welcoming and friendly environment for every gender and age group including babies, pre schoolers and furry friends! To see the young mums and dads come in and train while their children are close by is terrific and exactly what a lot of parents need. The energy at every session I’ve attended is high and happy.
As for me I am so inspired to continue as I make gains and meet my goals.
Thank you Leah for your commitment and energy. You are an exceptional business woman and coach. Thank you to all the coaches for your knowledge and time. I would actively encourage anyone to give it a go…

Leah, Courtney, Lucas and Fra are unreal! As a novice in the gym/strength scene, I have LOVED (and relied upon) the patience, guidance and positive support provided by all four coaches a huge deal! They all love helping their members and have a pasion for what they do! So thankful to have found such a friendly, accepting and fun place to get fit, that both helps you learn and pushes you! Thanks a bunch you four cannot wait to see my results!

Leah and her team have made the transition back to exercise after having my baby easy and engaging.
The gym is a great space, a great community and welcoming for parents with their kiddies…. So no excuses!
The coaches are knowledgeable and fun and the sessions are a great mix for all types of levels.
I’ve never loved exercise but I can say that I actually look forward to the next session, the next health check in and best of all…. Seeing my health and fitness improve.
So glad I found his place!

PLC Balcatta is the Best gym indeed.
I have never been into fitness before and the support that I got from Leah and the coaches are incredible. Hands Down! The coaches are very helpful and very supportive indeed and they make sure you are comfortable with what you are doing. I am incredibly satisfied with the result so far. PLC has been an amazing place to train, Leah has created such an amazing environment and from the first session I have been very impressed. Loving every training session and the equipment is great. Coaches are always willing to help throughout the session

The gym community here is like going home to your family! Leah is amazing, the trainers are lovely and the members are all supportive and kind. Baby Ryker is just the cherry on top of the cake! Cutest little gym mascot

Hands down best Gym in the area. The vibes are great, the workouts are well structured with a great mix of cardio and weights. Anyone at any fitness level can come into this gym and do the workouts. I have tried a few similar gyms but none offer a more welcoming and all inclusive environment like PLC Balcatta. Leah has done well to bring everyone together and the outside of the gym social gatherings are always fun! 10/10. I highly recommend this gym, you wont be disappointed.

Leah has been amazing from the beginning when I joined 2months ago, always helpful and informative.

Real gains in only four weeks. The coaching team have given me a effective personal program with increased mobility, strength and weight loss already delivered in a supportive team environment. I will soon be up to speed for the higher intensity classes - I didn't think that could happen anytime soon.

Well organised and run classes with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I have tried out a few gyms in the area but after the first day at PLC… I was hooked.
Everyday I look forward to getting to the gym!

The gym is so well looked after, good workout playlists, caters for all (kids and 4 legged babies too!). The coaches listen to your personal goals and guide you in the direction to achieve. I am so glad I came across PLC, extremely supportive and just such a good vibe!

PLC Balcatta is such an amazing community and makes going to the gym really enjoyable! The classes all have such a great vibe to them and the trainers are so helpful and attentive that you get the most out of every session. Plus most of the playlists are epic so dancing in between sets is encouraged:) Can not recommend them enough!

PLC balcatta is such an amazing place, the manager and coaches have created such a fantastic community which makes it easy and enjoyable to go at 5am in the morning. Keeps up the great work you legends and don't change a thing

BIG GIRL FRIENDLY GYM! As a bigger girl I always struggled finding a gym that accepted me for me. I can 100% say Leah and her crew of incredible coaches made me feel welcome, comfortable and have assisted me immensely through my journey back into a new gym. The people at the gym are super friendly which makes going to the gym enjoyable! Thanks for making me feel welcome and motivating me PLC Balcatta!
