Absolutely blown away with the customer service from this shop, I had an issue with a product being technically faulty. (Nothing to do with the shop), this was a fault in the brand and product itself. However the awesome service offered to me, from for play or pleasure, gave me a brand new version of the product, instead of having to deal with a big brand and waiting for a replacement on warranty etc. This full proof, above and beyond commitment to customer satisfaction, blew me away and doesn’t happen often anymore. I couldn’t recommend a place that still upholds this loyalty and fair trade more highly. I will ONLY ever buy and purchase from you guys from now on! My sincere thanks and appreciation

Dreadful. Staff that do not know the difference between silk/satin and synthetic mesh!
Sunday 26 September I phoned and asked for a specific item, if they had any "blue or purple, silk or satin, g-string? "
With no hesitation she answered YES!
I told her I had been looking everywhere for "blue or purple, silk or satin, g-strings" and had no luck, so if she definitely had "blue or purple, silk or satin, g-strings" then I would come there and buy them.
Again, with no hesitation, she says YES! WE HAVE THEM.
I told her I had a very long drive to come there, 45 minutes, so did she need to go and check they are there, coz I don't want to drive all the way there and they not in stock or something.
WE HAVE THEM, she says.
90 minutes later, I get to your shop and, surprise.there are NO "blue or purple, silk or satin, g-strings" in your shop.
Infuriating. I could not have been more clear or more specific.
Your staff think "silk or satin" is synthetic, rough, transparent, micro-mesh.
Never again.

Super friendly staff that talk you through what youre looking for with amazing advice, i never feel judged walking into this place and although the range is limited, will definitely return
