Have been to P’laus quite a few times now and Jules has absolutely nailed it every time. Always pleasant and sure about what she is doing. Always fit me in with no problem. Thank you!

I have been going to Pl’aus since the salon opened. I always receive amazing service with a vibrant atmosphere. The staff are always polite, professional and I always leave with what I’ve asked for. They take the time with the consultation and will make suggestions to get the best service possible. I have transitioned from dark colours back to bright blonde without any damage to my hair. I always walk out feeling my best. Thanks ladies so much, keep doing what you do best!

My hairstylist was really great and personable. She was really committed to giving me a good cut.

I booked my appointment with Isaac because I liked the way he styled my hair previously, and was told on the phone when I booked it (just after I left the salon that day - so they saw how long my hair was) that it would cost around $65 for a blowdry which includes a wash. When I arrived at my appointment, I was greeted by Isaac but sat by a lady who presumably is new at the salon. I did not want to make a fuss about this but she did not blowdry my hair the way Isaac did (which is what I came to the salon for). On top of that, she charged me $82 which is not what was promised on the phone as ‘Isaac’s rate’. I’m very disappointed about my experience this time because I specifically asked for Isaac and book the appointment 13 days in advance. Not sure if I will ever go back, which is a shame because I’ve had a nice experience previously with Kassia. But as a customer, I expect to get what I want (the staff I request) /is promised (the cost).

My appointment feel very rushed.my hair was not trimmed properly & feel like to expensive for what I have got. Won't be back.

Absolutely loved my experience at the salon. Being my first time here, I was a bit hesitant but the quality of service and hospitality here is impeccable.

First time customer today and definitely will be returning, all of the team were so friendly and welcoming. Had my hair washed which was extremely relaxing and my hair cut turned out great. Amazing prices too, can’t wait to come back.

I've been visiting Pl'aus salon for years. Jules and Kasia are amazing, always getting my blonde just right. The pricing is great, and scalp massages are divine. I've recommended Pl'aus to friends who have become regulars too. Easily five stars.

I am such an indecisive person so having people/workers who are calm and listening honestly help sm.

They have brilliant ideas and help you achieve what you're looking for, at such lovely prices too.

Not to mention the workers, every single one have their own individual talents and hold each other up and make you feel so welcomed. (Also Isaac head massaged are so underrated, literally sent me into a spirit realm.) Easily a 5/5 place.

Karsha does my hair and it's always amazing, this time we did a full head foils with deep red, blonde, dark brown blonde alternated. It looks amazing thank you im so thrilled with the result I love everything you did. You made me so happy. It makes me smile each time I see my hair.

I love my hair now! They are the best hair stylist that I’ve ever known. It’s so kid friendly, they make little girls feel like little princesses! ️️

Wonderful, helpful staff. Hate getting my hair cut but these guys are awesome. Clean place and priced well.
Totally don't understand Jenna's review, I would have totally understood if my hairdresser had to go home sick and my appointment had to be rescheduled. Other staff would have been booked and possibly not able to work longer. Jenna, if you read this, your review is totally petty and with what we are all going through with covid, getting my hair done with someone who is sick would not be appropriate!

Best hairdressers ever! All the staff are always pleasant, helpful and really listen. I always leave with a smile on my face. During this time, they respect what needs to be done for all of us to be safe. Cleaning after each client and not coming to work sick which is a big plus in my books!

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional attitude of the staff after the owner left early unwell, apparently all her appointments were to be bumped.this question I asked the staff twice. Thursday is a late night open until 8 pm according to their website. There were two staffers there Thursday 30th. At 2pm I received a call from staff to tell me they couldn't help me with my appointment and I would have to reschedule in a weeks time.
I noted the salon closed at 4.45 Thursday. At $1,700 + per year paid to this salon, I am a valued customer, but apparently not considered to be so from this salon. Fortunately for me I have found a new salon by referral.

Years ago I walked into Plaus Salon following several poor balayage colours having been done at other salons. Kasia understood my hair, the colours I wanted and delivered beautiful results. Her skill and knowledge of colour is spot on and every visit I walk away feeling like a million dollars! Thank you Kasia and team for everything you do x
