We bought marinated pork spare ribs yesterday on our travels through Mount Barker. To say they are the best we have ever had would be an understatement. We are kicking ourselves that we did buy in bulk! Any chance for the marinade recipe or failing that, do you deliver to Perth?

Travelled back from the south coast via Mt Barker and decided to fill the esky with some meat from a country butcher. We've just eaten 2 amazing porterhouse steaks. Best we have had in years! If you call ahead (24hrs) they might put together one of their boxes for you.
There bacon is with out doubt the best if ever had, the smoke smell and taste is spot on. Having there marinated lamb ribs tonight I’m sure there going to be good
